These are amazingly good value. Sturdy wooden blocks with a shape sorter in the lid. Kids will play with these for years, adding a few toy cars and perhaps some of the little Lego people or small dolls. Very happy with this purchase

Bought it for my 8 month old grandson. He loves it. It is colorful and fits nicely in his hands. Large enough not to be a choking hazard. Can't pass by a built structure - loves to tear it down, or just touch the blocks.

Awesome set, great value for the price. All wooden blocks with different colour, shapes and even animals. fun to play and learn for great together time.  it also gives shapes on the lid  to sort the blocks when cleaning up after play. My child loved it and plays it everyday.

Great wood blocks

It comes with lots of bricks to be combined together and let my child free his imagination. I prefer wooden toys for my child. This is very good quality and price.

Great gift for montessori parents

My kid enjoys the blocks and trying to fit them through the holes in the top. Only complaint is that one of the blocks has a piece missing and the wood there is rough so I had to sand it down. Would also be nice if there was a way to lock the lid in place

Got this for my 18 month old daughter. Toy is as advertised but I am very disappointed with a broken piece that came with it! Photo added!

The item description lists it as a toy from 1-3 years old. The package says 24  months. Every single piece failed the toilet paper tube test. Around a quarter of the pieces could possibly be played with by older children under supervision due to being more rectangular shaped, but the majority of the pieces are an inch or less in diameter and/or round. I bought it online for $11.98, but it's currently on store shelves for $24.97.

choking hazard.

A lot of the blocks in my pack have rough edges which could cause splinters. Spend more money and get the Melissa %26 Doug set.

Defective

It was missing 26 p pieces all the animals shapes and the arch shapes is missing
