Can be snug, but may not fit all ear shapes.

My 8 yr old son tried different latex earplugs before this and they keep falling off. But these are perfect fit and don't fall off.

Perfect fit that don't fall off

I purchased this for my daughter who suffers from ear pain after swimming in a lake.  The clip works well on her nose, and the ear plugs prevented the water from entering her ears and therefore she could swim without having any pain afterwards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot swim without plugging my nose. I end up taking in a bunch of water in and feeling sick. This nose clip was comfortable and had a tight seal so that no water was able to get through to my nose. This improved my swimming experience. I highly recommend.

My children also could use them and the nose pads are tight but not tight enough to hurt. The ear plugs are also very good and I even use them to block out sound even outside of the wayer

Works for regular swimming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these because i teach a swim class and i have many kids that bring in this gear and dont exactly know how to use them so i got them to show them the ropes on it and how to keep it safely in my nose at all times while swimming

Earplugs

Had 3 pairs of the nose plugs break within days of opening the package. Don't waste your money. Each pair broke in the same spot. They are made of hard plastic with a seam in the middle at the bridge of the nose, absolutely no flexibility with this poor design.
