What can I say? This product, is one of the best hair coloring I have ever used. No harsh products, zero ammonia, I like that it has coconut oil, %26 aloe. The color last for months. Very pleased with this product.

Great product!

Lovely soft, dark color without being too dark or harsh.
I struggle, constantly, with brassiness/red coming through due to my gray underneath. 
If I wanted to be a redhead, I easily could. As lovely as it, on other people, the red in my hair against my red, ruddy skin, and is no bueno.
I always look for and use an ash base, color, but somehow this seems different, (without it being too be green.) I noticed that the

I don't  know if it was a change in the ingredients or my hair, but so far, I've really do enjoy this color!
It has no ammonia scent, (it's advertised as Ammonia free. ) The consistency is thick enough, but still easy to spread/use. And best of all, it seems to last longer than the other more permanent  boxed hair colors.
I highly recommend. Let's just hope that Clairol doesn't discontinue or “improve”!

I actually stumbled on this product as the products I normally buy were out of stock. This product caught my eye because it was my color and it stated  "Demi- Permanent". That caught my eye as I googled demi-permanent and found it lasts longer than semi-permanent. Hair dye has increased in price like most of the goods we buy so I decided to try it.  In my opinion it deseves a 5  rating.  It is ammonia -free so it doesn't have that harsh smell and there is no annoying tingling on my scalp.  I use light blonde and it colored all my hair that color.  Other brands often turn my highlights a little reddish so I'm a new fan of this product!

This color lasts longer and vibrant!!

I really loved how easy it was and   The shade looks amazing on me. One thing was it ended up a little redder than I was expecting but it still looked amazing so I can’t complain. I have dark blonde hair naturally and it took to it really well. I’m excited to see how it will wash out on my virgin hair .

my favorite box at home color. I have very long hair and only apply to my roots. I have been usinf this in %235 with no Letters after the 5 for years. The color name is medium brown (It says hazelnut on the top corner of the box) I also always leave it on for about 45 minutes, and I add a little extra water to ensure I get easier spreadability and absirbtion. I always get compliments on my hair color with zero damage. I sure hope this product in this color is never discontinued. Many years ago I used Castings colorspa which was discontinued and I tried many disappointments until I found this box of pure desire. Smells good, and super gentle and mild. My hair is slightly resistant 25 percent gray and 45 minutes does the perfect cover.

Perfectly lovely

I used the medium cool brown on my hair. I did have faded highlights. . I wanted to get an all over color and cover my grays. Application was easy. I did go over the 20 min limit wait time by 5 mins. After drying my hair it did turn out a lot darker than expected with some red undertones. But I do like it and the coverage.

Poor quality waste of money not cover the grey hair after using it

Over 3 mo and tried every hack and product to remove dye and nothing works; tried a zillion shampoos, baking soda, vinegar and OTC- “OOPS” color remover, and called the hotline. Now my hair is dried out and ruined and I have had to cut it and buy wigs to wear until this grows out. Have used this product before and never had this happen. BEWARE

Possible new formula

I ordered this item online for home delivery and it was received damaged and partially open. In my opinion is was likely picked at the store (on purpose) as a way to get rid of damaged inventory. No in-store shopper would ever have chosen a damaged box of hair dye so Walmart likely has their staff passing off these items to its unsuspecting online customers. I obviously can't use this item so I'm just going to take the loss. However, going forward I will now order my personal care and beauty items from other retailers. ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE!
