This was purchased to down size our cooler. It holds and keeps ice  great. After 24 hours there is still ice in the cooler.

The price was unbeatable, the product keeps frozen raw dog food frozen for 4hrs (that's what I used it for in time) and is exactly what I was looking for in terms of size/quality.

The Best cooler for that price range !

The cooler is very nice looking however you need to force the lid closed as it seems to be a little offset.  Maybe once it's been used a few times it will close better.

Very reasonable price.  Donating for a tournament

The cooler does keep the ice longer. I compared it with ice to a basic Igloo of about the same size. This cooler kept the ice about 40% longer than the Igloo.  At this price, for a more insulated cooler, it's a steal compared to the $100-200  coolers.

The handle and lid are just OK. The handle seems a little flimsy and the lid has to be pushed down to have the handle lock the lid.  If you are rough on coolers this may not be for you.

Nice ice retension for an inexpensive cooler.

I got original new Ozark portable cooler.  So no complain like many others who got duplicates or open box.  The shipping was fast.  The reasons for 4 stars is it had a poor finish.  I saw a hole filled with styrofoam which was taped.  It should have been plastic sealed/fused.  The handle feels like it will break if lead not closed properly.  Overall at this price, it is a good buy.

Ozark Portable Cooler

I liked the look of this cooler. I purchased this to replace another one that was a little too wide to fit behind truck seat. Well, this cooler is so narrow that it fits inside the old cooler and it's only 4 quarts less. Unfortunately it's so narrow that it doesn't fit ice packs and one row  of drinks. I  was not able to  fit sandwiches or chips and other goodies that make up a lunch. I also didn't like the handle, it's very uncomfortable to grab because of the way it was molded.

Very weak handle that doesn't close over lid well

It was USED!!!!  I have yet to plug it in and they REFUSED to refund my money!!! 
The lid hardly closes without being latched ad the handle is flimsy!!!
