Bernat is always a joy to work with.  The ombré had a beautiful striping and the colors were gorgeous. I did have trouble finding the quantity that I needed but ultimately was able to secure enough skeins to complete my project.

Bernat yarn is always an iffy choice because some skeins are great, and some have breakage. This skein was great. The ombre gray was absolutely beautiful and made a beautiful scarf lol

This yarn is amazing.  Not only is it super soft and perfect for blankets, it is also very easy to work with. I have made a blanket for  each of my two adult children, and they absolutely love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Bernat Blanket Ombre Yarn in Orange Crush and Ocean Teal. The quality is great, and I love the Ombre effect and it is going together well in an afghan. The Ocean Teal is fabulous colors. The Orange crush goes to the lighter colors and not back to darker color like the Ocean Teal. This makes design planning tougher.

Great ombre blanket yarn for afghan crochet

Pro:  Makes for fast crocheting because of its heft. Con:  while the greys fluidly change, the white from the grey is simply attached and without an ombre effect from grey to white. I had to refigure the project in order to make it make sense.

Charcoal Ombre project

I always get mixed results when I order Bernat yarn. Some of my skiens are perfect and I have no complaints. Sometimes I get these skiens that are only “half” of a strand of chenille yarn and are broken in place and just tied back together. The color itself of this yarn is beautiful, but the quality for the price leaves much to be desired. Below shows where the yarn was tied back together
