Seems to be a great little freezer. It is very quiet. I have it in a bedroom. 
Freezer arrived with a couple little dents, although the packaging showed no damage. So I assume dents were in it before it was boxed . Doesn't seem to affect the operation of the unit so I didn't return it.

Quiet freezer for in home use.

We just purchased this little freezer due to our age we were having a hard time going into the basement for our old one. This freezer fits perfectly in our kitchen with no stress of falling down the stairs thank you it works perfect

Arctic king 5.0 freezer

I gave this freezer a 5-star rating because Arctic King freezers are excellent and I definitely recommend the brand! I've had two of the black 3.5 cubic foot and I had no issues with either one of those. I recently purchased 13 Hungry-Man dinners that Walmart currently has on rollback and it made the 3.5 cubic foot freezer too full so I thought I can't have this, lol, being as I want to really take advantage of very good sales/rollbacks and buy enough. My one neighbour recently mentioned about wanting a freezer and so when I thought about buying a bigger one I definitely thought about her and offered her the 3.5 cubic foot which she bought. I was actually thinking of buying the Arctic King 7 cubic foot black freezer because the colour would have went better in my room because I have a combination dining/living room but after doing some thinking I figured it was too big for me because I just live by myself. The 5 cubic foot is kind of a great size because it's not too small nor too big. You can fit 7 Hungry-Man big dinners on the shelf horizontally and have 3 vertical just to give people an idea what can fit on the shelf. I'm really glad I bought this freezer and of course with Walmart you have free delivery. I'm in an apartment building and it was brought right up to my apartment door unfortunately I was sleeping and had my phone off when it got delivered but I'm sure the person would have brought it right in my apartment if I would have been awake. The freezer is very easy to move around and there are two leveling feet on the back bottom which I love because my floor where the freezer is is very uneven so I just adjusted the one foot and now it's sitting perfect not wobbling. After my great experiences with the other two Arctic King freezers it was a no-brainer to get another Arctic King freezer. The thing I really loved about the 3.5 cubic foot was that it only got frost around the top of the freezer there was never any frost and ice that got on the walls further down so if I have the same experience with this 5 cubic foot it's going to be awesome because with frost build up just happening around the top on the sides it makes defrosting very easy.

It's small but mighty.  We have been using and have no issues.  It was packaged so good and since taking it out of the box and using, so far so good.  Would recommend.

Love this products

I'm very happy with my new freezer. The compact size is ideal for my busy kitchen. All I needed to do was plug it in and the temperature cooled quickly. Surprising how quiet it runs. Being a home baker I needed room to store frozen doughs and other supplies for my small business. I'm so pleased that there's more than enough space across to accommodate a sheet pan laying flat with room to spare. I would recommend this size freezer for a small family or someone like myself that needs that extra freezer storage.

It is now April 2020 and I purchased this 2 years ago (April 2018) and it is still going strong.  It is packed full and I have it on the low setting and everything is frozen solid..  This was a great buy at a great price.  It is thd perfect size for two people..  not too big but definitely NOT too small.. plenty of room without being too too big.  Well built and reliable.  If you are deciding which one to buy, I HIGHLY highly recommend this one..  it's been a life saver having the extra freezer space.

Its still going strong after 2 years!

I unpacked this item carefully and set it up in my rec room.  I let it stand for 2 hours after moving it, per the installation instructions, before plugging it in.  When I plugged it in and turned it on, I heard the mechanism click on and then immediately off.  So, I turned it off, waited 5 minutes, and tried again.  Same thing.  I repeated all of the above for a different outlet and got the same result.  So, I now have a $180 piece of junk in my house.  I called Arctic King and left a voicemail on their customer service line and have yet to receive a call back.  FYI - their VERY LONG outgoing message is in French.  At first, I though I dialed the wrong number.  But I called back and waited and eventually, an English message does play.  Guess it serves me right for picking an off brand.

Won't turn on

Avoid this product and delivery from Walmart. If they was a negative 50 star rating for this survey, that is what I would use. One star is far too generous.
The thin styrofoam surrounding the freezer in the box  was in a million pieces - a sign of things to come. The freezer was dented and cracked all over. Product is cheap and flimsy.
I called customer service and was offered $10.00 in compensation. That's right TEN DOLLARS.
The alternative was to have freezer picked up and returned to warehouse - which 1. Is anyone's guess how long that would take.  2. A replacement would be delivered. Given the state of the first delivery ( which was no where near the front door I might add) why would anyone want a repeat of that?
Not to mention, the obvious- and that is what is to be done with the contents of the freezer? 

“Sorry ma'am, there nothing else we can do”

Really? 

Never ever will I order anything from Walmart again. Happy to share this message far and wide.

Terrible product, delivery and customer service

What a terrible experience, this is the third one i had ordered still have dent and damaged. I just give up. Because when i was returning the first and second fridge it was Wasting my time in morningside walmart ,have to wait  like 40min because I bought it online and they need online associate to come  and to tell walmart customer care employee to approve  the refund.

Freezer was damaged when I unpacked it. It looks as if it was dropped. I don't know if there is additional hidden damage or if the damage would have an effect on future performance or durability. Walmart refuses to pick it up for refund or exchange. It's not a bread toaster that I can easily bring back to Walmart myself. Walmart service is absolutely terrible.
