Can be quick, but liner securing mechanism can be finicky.

Material quality could be more durable and long-lasting.

Assembly process is straightforward and fast.

Bigger than I thought- good starter kit, maybe it'll last for 1-3 seasons. But make sure to follow instructions especially with flooding; we used snow then melt it with water then we got slush now we're struggling to "flatten" the rink, would have been better if we followed the instructions. Otherwise it's a good starter kit for

Good starter kit

It was fairly easy to set up. Instructions were detailed. Much bigger then I originally thought it would be.

Ice rink

Tried to cheap out on a ice rink, and got what I paid for. Tarp is thin and tears easily. If you are not on perfectly flat ground, the water will pool to the lowest side and tarp will break from the weight of the water.

Get what you paid for

Easy to set up but we had a windy day before it was completely frozen and tarp is super then so it torn after 2 days.

Tarp too thin

The canvas is thin as a sheet of paper it tears with the weight of water not worth it

Not good

This will only work if your area is completely, i mean completely flat. There has to be less than 1 inch difference all around. Otherwise all the water will pour out of the lowest side and the higher area won't fill. Buy waterproof sealing tape, the clips make holes with the weight and pop off and you need to patch them. We bought 2 kits and we managed to make 1 work with the help of bricks, cardboard, and the tape.

Might work

The plastic liner is so thing that it gets punctured easily. The tape provided to seal any punctures is some how thinner than scotch tape. We were able to complete the rink set up by using boards and snow to essentially do what the product was intended to do. Next year we will definitely do it the old fashion way, it probably is less hassle.
