In my opinion, these are the best pads on the market for women who need a heavier absorbency. They are thin, so at first I wasn't sure they would hold, but they were a wonderful surprise! Their absorbency was the best I've tried even though they are thin! I would highly recommend trying them to see for yourself. They are also so comfortable without the bulkiness of thicker pads.  It's a win-win for me!

i love that these are the ONLY bladder leak pads that are not big and bulky but yet they absorb just the same if not better than any other daytime bladder leak pad. if ur looking for a good night time pad, i suggest poise night time defense. theyre bulky but the back is super wide so that while ur laying down and happen to leak, its gonna catch it. these 2 are my go to

The adhesive used to keep the pad in place isn't strong enough at the ends of the pad %26 if you're not making sure either end hasn't folded over on itself, you're definitely going to have an embarrassing leak.

Honestly I have always preferred the WAlMART BRAND..SUPPER ABSORBENT. UNFORTUNATELY they never seem to be in stock at your Venice Florida store, nor on line.

I wanted to love these, I really did, but I can't. I love how thin they are! It was so nice to have a thin incontinence pad!  I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper. They also absorbed decently. I won't say great, and certainly not like they claim at all, but decent enough for me. I am very plus size and they didn't bunch or twist like most incontinence pads do. The length was amazing also! If it wasn't for 1 thing these would be a 5  star rating from me. That one this is the scent. The scent is bad. On its own the scent wasn't too bad.  Add in urine  and now you have an odd floralish urine smelly odor. It felt like everyone would be able to smell me if I didn't run to change immediately. Also, if you have delicate/sensitive skin you may find that it causes issues.  Overall if the scent doesn't bother you I would recommend them, but I just can't because of that scent.

NOT HAPPY. NOT'P' ABSORBENT!

For me to leave a written review is rare but i felt like i should in this case. These are by far the worst pads i have ever used, and ive used many different brands. I dont even know how they can market them as bladder leak pads. I bought the highest absorbency they offer and they leak very easily. Dont waste your money these do not work at all.

they have ruined this product and all the discreet products with product shrinkage like everything else! planning on trying other products ! They dont fit anymore or hold anything! not using like have nothing on!

These pads are long, ridiculous ly so.  I urinate in fast bursts, and this pad only absorbs straight down, not up or down the length.  That urine is pouring over the edges.  Will not purchase again

Buyer beware!   Not like normal pads.

I found these to be nothing more than a re-branded and elongated menstrual pad. At first, I thought that I liked them  because of the longer length, which was surprisingly hard to find. However, as my bladder leaks increased, these became a source of frustration, and a waste of money. They are adequate for very minimal leaks, but anything more than a few drops and its game over. If you are a person of size, these get very bunched up, making the probability of leaking onto your clothing very high, if not completely inevitable. I ended up switching to a different brand that is much longer and flared/wider at each end preventing bunching and providing a lot more coverage. I finally feel protected, which gives so much peace of mind. Sorry, 'Always', but never again.
