My wife bought this headset for me last night from Walmart at first the volume in the ear muffs were very low, and Reddit google and YouTube weren't ver helpful so this morning I manually fixed this myself my guide below will explain how I did 😊🤟🏻 hope this helps the next person !

Steps -
I : Go to settings .
II : Go to Device %26 connections .
III : Click the 3 dots next to the chemical beaker icon (under the controller on screen it should say "What's attached Headset and show a headset icon)
IV : Select "Volume"
V : turn Headset volume to desired level (I prefer ALL the way up)
VI : choose to alter Headset chat mixer, Mic monitoring or not.

All done 😊👍🏻 Best sound quality I have ever had for a gaming headset I LOVE IT.

Head phone setting for optimal sound

Unexpectedly outperformed my expectations.. It's a very nice headset in terms of audio, build quality, comfortability, and convenience.
The mic arm is easily moved from vision and easily muted and unmuted with a slide switch.
Good mic quality as well. Also, yes, you can blow peoples eardrums out with it if you wanted to lol.
The volume wheel is also super unique in the fact the right side headphone cover is used as the volume wheel.
Audio.. crisp, clean, and good bass even on music and shows.

Very good headset.

I had another pair of these prior to ordering this pair. They had a better fit on my ears than these do. It seems this pair does not have same range of motion as last pair.

It's a good headset for the Xbox. Sometimes there is  interference from the controller itself that's it's plugged into and the headset might go in and out. But it's rare. They are relatively comfortable, as long as you don't wear them for hours. The sound is loud and clear especially if you have dobly atmos. I would recommend buying these if you have the Xbox series s or x.

large headed Folk beware, runs a little bit small

I like that it didn't cost very much and it works perfectly for now, but all my previous headsets were very expensive ones and something very small caused it to ruin the entire headset and I was out of a headset within usually 6 to 8 months. It honestly seems like video game manufactures make their products to breakdown around that time so you buy another one I don't know how they do it but every time I buy a controller I headset any kind of accessories. It breaks down in a very short time I have not had this very long, so I will let you know if and when it breaks down, but hopefully I have found the only headset known to man that will last longer than one year. Stay tuned.

Very good headset for the cost.

Although these headsets work with the Xbox interface very well, the sound quality is not very good. To most games you'll have to turn up the audio on the game. The headsets volume control does a poor job of boosting the audio.

They sound quality is okay. but the mic doesnt pick up my voice , even after turning it up in the system settings and game settings. I have to talk super loud to make callouts or communicate with teammates. Returned.

The cable is rolling on itself. It is a huge product defect. I really dont get how this product could have an OK review. If it was wireless, sure, it soundsgood, but with the cheap cable problem it's almost unusable.
