We own this set of pots and pans but wanted a larger size frying pan so I bought this one and we absolutely love it.My husband does a lot of the cooking in our home and he brags about how nice it is and the size is great and the food didn't stick to the pan.we would definitely recommend this product.

it has the right weight, perfect for cooking anything as long as you do not cook very high and use non-stick spray. another noteworthy thing I would not use any kind of power wash dish detergent on a nonstick pan. it seems to penetrate the pores.

beautiful cookware that performs better than expec

Purchased for our daughter as a Christmas gift, her request.  She called today to see where we got it, she wants the 10" size, too.  Said she loves it.  Her only complaint is that the lid handle gets very hot.  This was one of the complaints in the reviews when I was researching a pan for her.

Loves it!

It's a beautiful pan that really brightens my kitchen. The non-stick coating is superb. I don't believe I've ever had a non-stick pan where food just glides off so easily. Hands down, the best frying pan I've ever purchased. If I could improve it in any way, it would be to make the handles on the pan and the glass lid heat resistant. Not a big issue, but it would be nice.

Fantastic frying pan

Ive only used it (copper finish) a handful or so times but its a keeper.  Nothing sticks to it.  Even my parm/sourdough toast  sticks to other pans or atleast tries to, making a messy toasted bread.  The parm/sourdough slid right out of the pan with no cheese residue left behind unlike every other pan ive tried.  It looks nice too.

slickery pan!

I really do love this pan.  It is truly non stick and cleans up with just a paper towel.  I cook with induction and it heats up very quickly, so fast in fact I don't leave it unattended because it will overheat.  The size is perfect for small and large items.  My only complaint is that this pan is not flat all around but just slightly higher in the center.  This is a small problem but not unsurmountable. The lid fits snugly.  I would purchase this pan again.

Super frying pan

Bought this as a gift but I loved it so much I will be getting one for myself! It's very heavy and great quality, The person I gifted it to says it is the best as well

I have used Gotham Steel for years, and I have to say... They got the coating and even heating perfect. Might be a bit pricey outside holiday sales... but worth the excitement because clean up is a breeze plus healthier cooking with less oil/grease.

my favorite skillet . the handle is skinny and harder for me to hold because of my old hands but doesnt get hot. heats perfect. i am getting ready to order more in different sizes.

Great pan, high quality, seems durable, true non stick.  BUT, the pan is convex.  Means that it bulges up in the middle of the pan so when you add oil, all the oil runs to the edge.  I was hoping this was a manufacturing flaw and not a design flaw.  So I ordered another.  The exact thing with the other pan.  Kind disappointed but I'll live.  Otherwise this would have been the greatest thing slice sliced bread!
