I loved it at first but after 6 months it stopped dispensing soap and we couldn't get it open. After a lot of force I eventually got the lid off and discovered why! 
The plastic bottle inside the metal casing which holds the soap had created a vaccuum and crushed itself!!!! I'm guessing it's because there's no way for air to get in after you pump it which is Super disappointing because we loved the look of it. Plus we used normal hand soap which we had bought from Walmart so nothing weird or fancy.

Destroyed itself….
