I have tried tons of different black liquid eyeliners in the past. Let me get to the point (haha)…

THIS is my new go-to. The matte black is piercing and not watery at all. There is no bleeding whatsoever when I use it on a clean surface and also over any type of eye shadow. Also, it doesn't bleed or smudge on oily skin. It's a clear winner for all types of skin. Great price, too!

I've tried many different eyeliners in my lifetime %26 this one has been my go-to for the past few years now. It gets the job done %26 it doesn't mess up my eyes the way other eyeliners have done in the past. It does smudge by the end of the day/night but that doesn't bother me much.

Best eyeliner out there, in my opinion. I hope they never stop making it.

Out of every eyeliner I've used on the top my eyes this has got to be the absolute BEST one by far! It dried quick and last all day and the next day. I was tired and fell asleep without removing and it was still perfect when I woke up and I'm a wild sleeper. I've tried Clinique, hard candy, two faced, Estée Lauder, L'Oreal, Armani and I still keep coming back to this cover girl eyeliner for my eyelid, not to mention it's alot cheaper than all of those other brands.

BEST EYE LINER BY FAR!!!

I'm a mature woman and don't need dark heavy eyeliner. 
This gives me just enough refinement to enhance my eyes without looking ridiculous.

The color and ease of application is great.  It doesn't last as long as some of the others but I like the shade of brown.

I had very high hopes for this product. The color was very black and matte, and the application tip was perfect; all that I wanted in a liquid eyeliner. However, within 10-15 minutes, it began to run, smear, and transfer. What a huge let down. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.

I need to apply multiple layers to get a refined line, also had to put cap back on, turn it pen side down in between those layers (of course always storing it that way) bottom line, I don't have time for that
