[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a broken clip on one of our Kayaks, I e-mailed them with all the info and a picture of the clip. They responded in less than 24 hours and had the new clip sent out immediately. No charge. Covered by the warranty.

Great Durable kayak. has water drain holes so you can fall off and get back on and water drains out.  Had Shipped to Key Colony Beach and shipper was prompt and called ahead and was smooth delivery to our Vacation Rental in Middle Florida Keys.  Putting in and out of Sea Wall people are rough on them and these are durable. would buy again.

Absolutely love this thing. Best kayak for the money. The seat however isnt comfortable but can be upgraded easily.

Amazing kayak

piece missing, bottom side dented inward, lots of scrapes/gauches on the sides. Quality control didnt look at this one before it went out. dissatisfied

needs better quality control

The quality control could be better. The webbing on the right side carry handle is frayed half way through . Hopefully I can find replacement webbing that will fit .

Great kayak , But mine arrived damaged. In process returning to store. I will get another but I'm going to the store to pick it up to make sure it is not damaged.

Not because of the kayak quality but because you don't know what you will get and when you are going to get it! I ordered the blue one and after a month I got a totally different kayak, which you can see in the photos.
Also the shipping was weird too! I set an appointment online and they ended up calling me for drop off a week earlier and at a time that didn't work for me, so I had to ask my neighbor to watch for it while it was sitting outside my house! I ended up returning the kayak the same day and get a full refund.

Just don't bother!

We never used the kayak because after we
Got it home and unwrapped the plastic, the kayak had parts missing. The kayak was also damaged on the hull in shipping. We had to return the Kayak back to our local Walmart. This kayak model is
Exactly like we wanted because we were  going to buy a second one also but after receiving this one. We want to buy kayaks that we can actually see in person.

Missing Parts and Shipping Damage

This kayak was damaged, I want to revive a kayak that I don't have to repair.  This is the second one to arrive damaged!!
