I am a 65 year old disabled female. This is my second time purchasing this stool. I had the previous  stool for over five years. The only reason I had to purchase another one is because I moved cross country and had to leave it behind. 
This stool is perfect for a tall large older adult, who, still has some mobility. I am 5'11 and weight 370lbs. My stool is on the second highest notch (there are 8 notches). Very easy to assemble and has a wide seat. The price is a very good value.  
I spent alot of money trying to find something I can sit on to take a shower. This was the most stable stool, in which, I have never felt like it would break. It helps me keep my independence.

This company has quality products. It is lightweight, easy to assemble and to adjust the height of the legs. Did not disappoint. Seated showering was a game changer for me. Great for the disabled, you don't need to be elderly to benefit from this adaptive equipment. Saves me energy. Safety first!

Quality shower stool

This shower seat is a lifesaver! After nights of getting absolutely wasted and hobbling home, I no longer have to plop down on the freezing shower floor like a sad, soggy puddle. It's sturdy, slip-resistant, and makes those drunken showers way less miserable, and significant safer. Honestly, it's the best thing I've bought for surviving my own poor life choices.

Surviving My Hangovers, One Shower at a Time

When you have mobility problems, a bad back, or just like to sit down to shave your legs in the shower this bench is perfect. It's nice quality and size for every shower size. My husband really likes his because his back hurts. It's easy to clean and keep clean except for the adjustment holes in the legs which are hard to keep dry.

Excellent chair.  We don't have a shower, so I have to maneuver myself into the tub for shower.  I have severe spinal degenerative disc disease, plus curvature of the spine. I can't stand on my own for even 60 seconds.  

But with this chair my shower days have returned. The chair is comfortable and easy to wipe down after use.  Plus it's very sturdy. I have no fear of falling over, or the chair collapsing,  Highest recommendations!!  And thank you Wal-Mart for making it available.

Highest recommendations!

I had a total knee replacement done order this chair so I could safely shower why I recovered I ordered it over the weight limit that I needed so I had something safe. During my shower two of the legs gave out on me during a shower and if I wouldn't have had my hand rails I would have fell and ended up at the hospital!!!!! Would not recommend buying this chair

Peace of crap shower chair!!!

The second time I use this shower chair the leg slipped out of the groove and I fell in the shower. I injured my hip, my back and my head. I hope they recall the shower chair because it is too dangerous for anyone to use. It is cheaply made and not stable or sturdy at all after falling for the second time after I've even used it.

this claims to be a 400 lb weight limit I bought this for stability for my family member that needs it. there is no way shape or form that's even comes close to this number and yet it can't hold up for anything. do not buy this product

cheap, dangerous, deceptive

Do not buy this chair.  It has collapsed on my husband and we had to call the fire department to come pick him up out of the shower.  It has never worked it was uneven and the legs had to keep getting tightened.  It still collapsed. Taking back got a complete refund. Would not even give one star 😡
