They discontinued the NYX clear plumping gloss I love so I was on the hunt for something else. This was a lil more expensive than I would have liked but it works great. Be prepared for the tingle, ha!

I like it does make your lips look a little fuller but not ridiculously though. I have not been disappointed with any of the purchases I have made from this brand. I would recommend really any of their lip products colors are nice and they last pretty well.

NYX Professional Makeup

The product delivers an instant plumping effect accompanied by a tingling and mildly burning sensation — it's noticeable but still bearable. However, the plumpness fades once the sensation wears off. That said, it does provide good hydration and adds a nice touch of color, which are definite pluses.

Plump with a tingling effect

The lip plumping sensation lasts for a long time - at least 45 min and I love the way it feels! I am not a fan of how thick the gloss is, though.  I tried to apply less but the applicator is not that great.

Plumping sensation is great

I bought this in the shade Onyx-pected; sheer black with loads of rainbow sparkle. The color is SO pretty, but definitely not the "high pigment" that it claims to be-- and the color isn't buildable. The plumping effect is subtle, and the product is SPICY. It's like you rubbed hot peppers on your lips. Spice-averse folks beware because it really burns. I love the color and the smoothing effect on my lips that I ignore the burn. The concave applicator is really cool too; perfectly hugs the curve of my lips so that the gloss applies evenly.

Burns so good, but definitely not "high pigment"

It's glossy but doesn't do much plumping. It tingles for a bit like its going to do something, but I noticed absolutely no difference after application.

Doesn't work for me

There is a tingle when I first put it on but my lips did not appear any fuller and the color does not last very long. I do better with lip stain that doesn't come off so easily since this product doesn't live up to what it is purchased for.

I've gotta say I was excited to try this product as I love lip, plumper, but I've gotta take this one back. This literally feels like hot sauce on my lips doesn't feel good at all. It burns it stings. It taste really bad. I was really unhappy with the product.

The color looks nothing like the color in the picture. It is an ugly light pink peach weird color. It burned but I still left it on for over 20 mins to see if it would work. Sadly, it didn't plump my lips at all. Also, do not lick your lips or plan to eat or drink with it on because you do not want this on your tongue!

This burned too long.. Was expecting a tingling sensation, but this just burned my lips! I had to take it off and the burning was still there. Loved the wash of color it left and I really wanted to like it.  Tried it again but with a very small amount of gloss.  Still felt the same burning sensation.  Color was still oh, so pretty!  Thought I would be able to deal with the burn, but it's too uncomfortable and it lasted way too long!  Also, make sure your tongue does not come into contact with the gloss, otherwise it will get numb!
