Too pricey

My daughter was so excited to get this hatchimal for christmas.  It made sounds for the first 5 minutes and I cant figure out how to make it make any noise again. Can't contact anyone for assistance

Stopped making noise

I purchased two hatchimals for my granddaughters. One egg did not open, and our granddaughter was EXTREMELY upset (her sister's opened, but her's did not.) They were done under adult supervision, at the same time. One, was obviously defective. My daughter had to pry it open to get the toy out of the inside. The whole ‘effect' of it hatching was disappointing to say the least.  These toys were purchased online. When I called Walmart Customer Service, and asked that they send me a replacement, customer service said I would have to take the toy back to our nearest Walmart for a refund on our credit card; however, my grandchildren do not live near me. So disappointed. The Hatchimal was all she wanted for Christmas!

It broke within a day, the speakers stopped working and eventually nothing worked.

My little girl was absolutely heart broken after her dragged wouldn't hatch for two days we finally opened egg regardless to find the dragged inside still won't work tried reset and new batteries but nothing complete waste of money glad I didn't buy this full price
