The remote murders batteries. On the 3rd set of AAs in two days of using it for maybe 20 mins total. No "on/off" switch on the remote either, so it's likely using battery power when not in use. Either your child has to physically remove the batteries after each use, or you're going to go blast through AAs. The truck itself is cool, and has rechargeable Li-ion batteries. Too bad no thought was given to the remote.

Not pleased.

Made a horrible grinding sound when in reverse or turning and that's the first time using it. Also had problems with charging. Returned it.
