This is my favorite coffee cup. I don't let any of my kids touch it 😂. I have it washed and ready for my coffee every morning. It keeps my coffee hot for hours and it has a great option to make it spill proof on the lid. I have recommended this item to multiple people

I've had the same brand cup with no handle with a rubber grip for 5 years and I use it everyday and this one I love it that it has a handle and they fit in my cup holders in my car perfectly and they don't get tipped over like other tumblers do definitely my go-to cup 
with 16 oz drink and six reusable ice cubes my drink stays cold all day they're awesome

Quality

I was hoping the lid was easy to drink from and not messy . Well it's great . The coffee stays warm quite a while and you won't have to worry about the handle getting loose . I love it !

Keeps my coffee hot for HOURS.  I've lost this twice over the years and keep replacing it with this same product.  It's a winner.  There are two versions - with and without the handle.  Love the handle.  Easy to keep upright in a bag, over the top rim of a bag. Hook it in my pocket when walking and being lazy about holding it.  Easier to hold securely.  Wide mouth makes it easy to clean and not a lot of intricate parts to keep clean in the top.  It has never leaked when closed.   Very happy with this purchase.

It's tall and skinny and prone to being knocked over really easily and there's no rubber gasket on the bottom so it doesn't grip any surface that it's placed on. Fortunately it's 99% spill proof.  After a while the handle will work it's way loose. The weld or whatever they have the handle attacked with fails after a while.

Easily knocked over

This is probably my 6th contigo mug - they work so well in the beginning! I’ve had a handle fall off 2 of them, and the vacuum seal stopped working on the other 3.  
I love the way it fits into my cup holder in the car, and when the vacuum seal works, my coffee stays hot for SO long.
My last mug was an ello cork bottom and it didn’t hold as much liquid and now the top leaks when I drink out of it after owning it for just one month.

I didn’t have time to do research on what travel mug would stay hot and not leak, so I ran to the store. Contigo was the only option that fit my size/handle/price requirements, so I’m giving it another try. It definitely holds up longer than one month!

Could be so good, but needs some major flaws fixed

The handle is attached to the mug by a very flimsy fastner, making it come loose very easily, and eventually, the handle will simply fall off. This fastener is a screw through a small aluminum fastener that's bonded to the mug, but the cover in the handle is glued or sonic-welded in place, so it's impossible to get to this screw to tighten it. As a mug, the lid is very well sealed, though the way it 'pops' that seal when it's being opened has a very high chance of venting steam from the mouth port, so make sure it's aimed away from you or anyone else when you open the leak-proof tab. The tall, slender design seems good for cup-holders, and thanks to its insulation, seems to hold heat really well even for the last little bits of a hot drink.
However, I cannot recommend this mug due to the first points I made about the handle being a potential hazard, as well as the lid's opening design.

Inexpensive, but a design with many flaws.

The threading on top didn't line up right with the lid/handle so the mouth hole is at an uncomfortable angle and it's hard to drink from. Just a defect as I've had several of these in the past that were fine. Still a pain in the %23%* to repackage, return, etc

Defective

Biggest piece of junk coffee mug I've ever purchased. within the first few days the handle fell off. I was able to put it back on the right way and now a bit over a month later it has fallen off again. As of this week it no longer keeps my coffee warm. Total garbage. would give 0 stars if it were an option
