The chair is good for its price.  You have to be careful with the back. It can bend and I imagine if you pushed back or leaned back on the back too far it could snap. I would probably give it a 4.5 overall.
Easy and kind of fun assembly. I use it as an adult chair at the full height it is fine for adults, but also good for kids at the lowest or variable height
