Since I live in a remote area, it took a little longer to receive my purchase, but I so appreciated the shipping to my home as the items were heavy and large.  After assembling the lounge set I was thrilled with the quality.   Cushions are large and firm. Very comfortable to sit in. My family and I are enjoying it very much.

Set is absolutely beautiful, such a steal for the price! Wicker is great quality. Cushions are firm and comfortable. Bonus: they come with great covers for protection. Assembly takes some time but nothing crazy, instructions are easy to follow and all tools are provided.

Stunning Set!

Very happy with comfort and quality. Excellent for quality at this price point. Cushions are firm in the seat, full in the back but comfortable.  Couch height is perfect. Covers are a nice inclusion, although no cover for the table included. 

Frustrated that we are unable to source the ottomans that are featured on the Walmart webpage in Canada. 

Assembly simple enough. Took about 2hrs for one person.

Happy and comfortable

It was packed well, pretty easy to assemble.  A couple of vac-packed pillows had re-inflated and it was really hard to wiggle them out of the frame they are shipped in.   That was hardest part.   Ideally a 2 person assembly for the large sofa, but manageable.   Good quality pieces and love that it comes with covers.   Seat cushions are stiffer then expected,  but back cushions are soft, overall comfortable.

This set is beautiful in both quality and presentation. You can comfortably seat 5-7 people. The ottomans fit well under the table which is so nice! it's tall enough when sitting  so we can enjoy snacks without hunching over. the metal on the armrests is a great touch and wide enough to set a small  plate or cup on. If you have littles, I'd do that with caution though. the cushions are so comfortable and thick, so I feel they'll last for a while. The table is ceramic and a beautiful Chevron pattern. I'm very happy to have covers as well, so it'll last longer and also so it doesn't get wet when it rains. Overall every piece is very sturdy. I absolutely love it! So happy to finally have a nice patio set.

I was hesitant to purchase, but I am glad I did! Cushions are thick and comfortable. Looks and feels very high end. Assembly was a little challenging , but still not bad. I purchased the sofa, swivel chairs and ottomans.

100% Great Purchase

I was hesitant to purchase, but I am glad I did! Cushions are thick and comfortable. Looks and feels very high end. Assembly was easy after assembling the sofa (sofa was a little challenging). I purchased the sofa, swivel chairs and ottomans.

Patio set is well-made & designed.  Chairs & lounge are comfortable with higher backs, wide bases, wide armrests & firm, thick seat cushions, while the back rest cushions are less firm.  Cushion covers are scotchguarded & are zippered to allow covers to be washed.  The cover colour is beige, whereas a dark blue, grey or black colour would be more appropriate for outside use.  

One of the set's strongest features is its supports for the seat cushions which are metal strips, rather than plastic wicker, rubber-like plastic bands or bungee-like cords, all of which stretch & sag under weight, and which rot & prematurely break due to sun exposure & low quality.

Assembly time however is several 6 - 8 hours to remove all the pieces & bolt together the 2 swivel chairs, 3 person lounge & table, each of which comes with its own rachet wrench to install the bolts.  The instruction booklet has larger format letter size pages, the various sized bolts & washers are clearly marked in there packages, with numbers printed on the packaging that correspond with the numbers on the sketches in the booklet.  A bonus are the extra bolts & washers that come in each of the transport boxes.  One negative is the how the seat cushions are vaccuum-sealed & stuffed into the seat backs.  Some of the cushion wraps are no longer air tight allowing the foam in the cushions to expand making them extremely difficult to extract from the seat back frames where they are compressed to minimize their size in shipping.

The set was purchased online & was delievered to the Southpark Walmart in Edmonton in advance of its expected date.  Customer service staff at the store were very helpful in assisting with loading the boxes containing the set into our truck.

High quality, well-made & well-designed.

Nice set, chairs swivel and rock slightly, cushions are a good thickness, comes with covers as well. However our couch was missing holes for the bolts so we had to drill them out ourselves and one of our chairs was dented at the base and sits crooked. Unfortunately they can’t replace any pieces and after setting it up and noticing the defect the only option is the send the entire set back. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with.

Nice set if it doesn’t come damaged

This set looks amazing.  The cushions are thick and firm. The only thing I don't like is the fabric.  It's very thin and wrinkles easy.  The fabric is the only thing that makes this set feel cheap.
