I did have an issue with changing the gas nozzles for natural gas, but the folks at Blackstone send replacement parts quickly and I was able to switch it over. I have a Big Green Egg and love it, but I know I'll use the Blackstone more often. It's so incredibly versatile., breakfast and dinner super easy. A bunch of great YouTube videos on setup, care and recipes. Super glad I bought this!

Total Versatility!

It's my first experience with a gas griddle so I wasn't sure what to expect. The assembly was pretty straight forward and didn't take too long. Properly seasoning the griddle before first use was a bit of a process but I believe I got it done correctly. I have used the Blackstone several times now and I love how fast the food cooks on this thing. The quality of the meals has been a nice surprise, too. I would say the one drawback is the cleaning process after each cook when you'd rather be eating!  It's not difficult but does take some getting used to. Overall, very happy with the Blackstone and look forward to smash burgers and hibachi chicken in the years to come!

Griddle Me This

I got this as a gift for my husband for Father's Day and he was ecstatic!  The price was the best I have seen for the type of blackstone that we wanted. We have used it almost everyday since purchasing. I received it the very same day I ordered it and was very impressed by that. Great purchase.

Great griddle! This is my first griddle, and I am impressed how well it operates. Heats up fast, cleans up easy. It is important to follow the instructions for seasoning the surface.

Good product info package was good everything you need was in it. Just take your time read it three times over and have a couple hours to put it together.

Change your bbq experience with Blackstone

Definitely alot of care and attention needed during and after each cook but these are fantastic. Great for breakfasts without heating up the house in summer.

A pretty good size griddle %26 good quality. clean up though is just a bit annoying with all the scrubbing but can be done.

Haven't used it yet. Just put it together. Next need to season it. But looking forward to some great cooking

One of my burners seems not to have driven propane properly and makes a rather disturbing sound

Do not order this item from Walmart....they delivered the item damaged....we didnt repair realize the lid was damaged bc it is the last thing to assemble....so we had to assemble, dissasemble and switch it out and reassemble which took us 6 hours of our own time....Wanart refused to compensate us, offered  us 10 dollars compensation, like come on 10 dollars, very insulting and not taking responsibility for knowingly delivering us a damaged item,  my friend has had problems with Walmart delivery and things going missing from her groceries and warned me nit to order to. them.....i will neve use this online again.....poor poor customer service.
