Can be rapid, but also slow for some users.

I bought this lantern as a backup for a similar model I've owned for 3 years with the same lumens. It has a more yellowish glow, as opposed to the whiteish glow of the older model. The only thing I didn't like was the absence of usb connectors, which have now been replaced by a wireless charging pad on top. I think that this model is brighter than my older model. Other than that, it's great!

This little light is great. We don't have many power outages, but realized one evening, I have nothing but flameless candles. It took 10 hours to charge out of the box, 30 minutes to charge after sitting idle for 2 weeks and one hour to give my iPhone at 60% charge. It's a very very very bright white light on the highest setting, but it would certainly get you through any emergency If kept charged. Glad I purchased.

Handy light it has 3 brightness settings. Once you turn it on and set the brightness you want the next time you hit the power button it turns off. The battery life seems decent it lasted for a couple of hours at the brightest setting. 

Comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable.

Not a bad light for camping or power outages

I have a hunting blind thats used a cigar shack in the winter.  This hangs from the frame.  It's plenty bright for that purpose.  I've only used the phone charger option long enough to see how it worked.  Battery seems to last about 5 hours or so on the brightness setting, then it gradually dims.

Although the lantern itself is high quality and definitely worth its current asking price, the selfish, cheapskate, entitled Walmart shopper in me wished it was just a tad less expensive.

This thing is bright. I used it for trick-or-treating and it lasted the whole night and then some. It's a good size and weight to lug around in the dark. It has a little compartment on the bottom that holds the USB cable or anything you can fit in there. I imagine it's the space that would've been for the 4x AA batteries for a non-rechargeable version.

Didn't use the wireless phone charging pad on top, so no comments on that feature.  Though if they remove that, the price will be more in line with what I would've liked. Or they can replace it with a solar panel.

I do have two issues which I hope the company will address in version 2.
1) It's bright! It could use a little piece of plastic shade on the top to block some of the light from shining upwards into your eyes as you carry it around. The brightest setting will cause a glare in your eyes as you walk with your arms slightly swaying, and it's especially bad if you have short arms.
2) The thin metal handle is not very "ergonomic" to hold  and is hard to flip up when it's folded in its storage slot, unless you have long finger nails.

Overall, it's a good buy!

Great for trick-or-treating!

Ozark trail 2000  lumen Rechargeable  led Lantern gives plenty light it have 3 different tone settings of light which i found to be wonderful i needed brightness while camping outside %26 a little dimmer inside my tent  the lantern charges fast and holds the charge for quite some time i would definitely recommend getting yourself one and i will be purchasing more its a 10/10 great product

Great light  for emergency's  or just for camping.  Gives off a lot of. Light for the price.  A child could use it. Safely

Power outage savergg

Original idea for this was for an end table lamp which could be available if the electrical service is interrupted.  The three brightness settings are a nice feature.

Very happy with my purchase!  The 2000 Lumen rechargeable light is the perfect addition to my night market tent! I have 2 and will add 2 more in the near future. We also keep them fully charged  as standby emergency lighting!

Works well, good for illuminating a room, not really good to read by. I've only had in a couple of weeks so I can't comment on how long it will continue to function but so far it's very satisfactory.

easy to use, good for a power outage.

After just a couple of uses, would not take a charge at all when i tried to recharge. LED .ay have burned out. No light at all.
