makes my hair feel clean and the smell is great

Haven't been able to test the product yet. I will update the review if I can get it opened. I cannot open the pump; I twist, push and twist, pull and twist- it just rotates. I tried to hold the ring locking it down but can't get enough traction to keep it from turning with the pump head. Not big enough to get pliers on it (if that's even the issue.) Will have to return it. I lifted off the pump to smell the fragrance and seems pleasant enough and not overwhelming but I'd sure like to find out.

Cannot get it opened

My husband has always had luxurious, thick hair. We noticed his hair had appeared to start thinning. I was also using the shampoo, and handfuls of hair started falling out after each use. Not only that, my scalp felt burned. When I quit using it, it continued to burn for days. I switched to another product, and immediately the hair loss stopped.
