Usually I don't care to do reviews, however, I said I would write this one in hopes to help someone. I suddenly had a sudden breakout on my back, and went above %26 beyond to try and fix it. I wasn't sure this would work, and it was a bit pricey, but I am so glad I did. Spraying this twice a day on clean skin on my back, took my break out away in just 2.5 weeks. I am amazed, this stuff really works! Not to mention how easy it is to spray it on yourself.

I struggle with bacne %26 its very hormonal.  This has been a life sentence so far %26 I have done everything under the sun it feels like with nothing being a solution. Over the counter, dermatologists %26 prescriptions have all been  routines I've wasted more time %26 money on than I've ever cared to. This issue robs me of my confidence %26 really takes a hit on my self esteem.  I've used a much more expensive salicylic spray in the past,but at over 30$ that becomes difficult to continue to use . When I discovered panoxyl came out with their version of the expensive one I was using I knew I had to try it %26 its half the price. Let me tell you I am shocked at how quickly my blemishes started to heal. I'm talking improvement in size %26 redness by the very next day . That gave me hope %26 made me very happy so see what results come from continued use. I've been using this for about a week now %26 I truly am impressed at my progress. I am use to having new breakouts DAILY %26 this has been a game changer . Allowing what I had to heal fast %26 drastically reduced what I get daily.  I am seriously hoping that it keeps getting better %26 better with continued use so I can finally have clear beautiful skin %26 feel normal.  If you're struggling with bacne as an adult, teen whatever , I highly recommend you give this a try.  After reading reviews of people saying the fumes make them cough 
I spray it in light burts %26 rub it in. I've not had problems with it being applied that way. Definitely worth buying %26 so thankful its working!

tried so many things to clear up back and chest acne and this is the only thing that has worked. ive only been using it for a few days and the results were fast i highly recommend

Love this spray, it does work upside down as promised. It dispenses in an even mist. Has cleared up stubborn breakouts on my upper back from hair products that other acne products have not been effective on. The only downside is no matter how much I spray, I seem to inhale about 1/3 of it and it doesn't taste very good and it makes me cough. Definitely should be used in a ventilated area if at all possible to avoid treating the acne inside your lungs, and target the outside areas. Other than that minor issue... excellent product

At first I thought it would work but after using it for a few days it kept making my face more and more oily. I also started breaking out more and started itching after it laid on my skin. I don't really recommend the spray from this brand. As u can tell after using it my face on my chin started to break out.
