I have only used it twice since purchase, BUT it has a lifetime warranty and is ovem safe up to 500 degrees. That's what it says. I used a stainless spoon to scoop out the meat cooked in it without worry of chip or scrape. May have to update if it doesn't hold up. But so far 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot is the perfect size for sauces, grains, vegetables or anything else you need a 3 qt. size for. Here I cooked rice and it came out perfect! I made sure to treat it with care. It is non-stick so I only use silicone utensils when cooking. It has a nice substantial handle that will not be coming loose in any way shape or form. It distributes heat evenly for even cooking. It comes with a clear glass lid that makes it easy to see the food cooking  and you can adjust accordingly without having to remove the lid.  The lid also has a hole in it for steam to escape. This is a great non-stick pan that is definitely easy to clean. Overall this pan is well-made and ready to be used over and over again. I'm really impressed with the high quality and the results it gives!

What's really great is that I can use both metal and plastic utensils and not have to worry about any damage to the pot. I know this Pot will be a staple in my kitchen for a long time . It is sturdy, well made and the coating hasn't scratched at all and I am rough on pots!  It comes with a sturdy lid which has a steam hole in it.  The handle stays cool to the touch and the best thing of all - its dishwasher safe!

So I was surprised by that the TFal Unlimited Platinum sauce pot was so substantial. A great size for many recipes and with a flat bottom that will work on induction it a darn good pot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this sauce pan you can't go wrong with such a well known brand such as t-fal. We got this as an extra sauce pan so I can use good bbq's. Since it can be used in the oven I keep it on the grill while cooking in case anyone wants extra sauce on their food.
