Reliable product, I purchased after falling in the shower. I was unable to stand  up without pulling on things or assistance. This shower chair is great.

I loved it but it didn’t fit in my bathtub it is about one and a half to wide on the feet of the chair. What can I do to return it. It was never used!

The shower chair itself is well constructed and easy to assemble. The grab bar that is included isn't up to par.  The suction cups do not adhere very well, and the grab slips when being used.

Check the dimensions before ordering. I thought it would be a great fit and it’s wider than our bathtub. 🫤

I wish I had known that it would not be returnable. Just a heads up to anyone, considering it make sure that you measure your tub size. This would not fit in my top unless I turned it sideways and would have to straddle the bench in order to use it. That was not acceptable to me, so I guess I will hold onto it and see if anyone else needs it.

Very disappointed

Well within weight limit and leg bent and almost threw me out of the shower!   I’ve had BACK SURGERY!  Get ready for a class action or it needs to be recalled!

This stool SUCKS and dangerous

Gave a one star first only due to the fact it was going to be used in a shower/tub however after assembling I tried to put it in tub and it was a little to wide to fit. It was never used but only saw that when I tried to return. No fault here, just failure to scroll down to more info-would’ve seen non returnable comment had I find do

it is to wide to fit in my tub.could not make a return.it did not state anywhere it could not be returned.it is not usable if it  is to wide to go in tub

had 1 month and legs bent in the middle and down i went i was not even sitting  on i put my leg(1) to shave hardly  no weight was ever put on this product its said up to 300lb i am under 250 but i used it to shave my legs one at time!
