[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bike is great if your on the fence I would buy this one. First off ive had this bike for a month and some change now. Ive riden about 150 miles on it so far. When you first get it PLEASE keep it off until you get on the bike, I cant emphasize this enough. My wife and I both got ebikes, (I wanted more of a mountain bike and she got more of a cruiser), and both of us habe gone to grab the bike and accidentally launched the bike. its definitely faster than you think it is. it wants to cruise at 20mph with the throddle but if you peddle i can cruise at around 24. my fastest speed so far was 32mph and i was going down hill and slightly grabbing the breaks because that is just insanely fast on a bike. It goes up hills very easily the only hill i couldnt get up was on a mountain bike trail that had a bunch of holes and was straight up so i used the walk assist which is way more help than i thought, any hill on a paved road as long as u have a tiny bit of momentum it will get u up and i live in a very hilly area so theres that. The only issue i had was that my front brakes came bent but it was still mostly rideable but it was grinding on my break pad, i messaged the company and the next day they offered to buy me new brake discs. The suspension is very good and rides very smooth, the seat is terrible like on every bike ever made i would sudgest buying a new seat at some point. The tires are great no issues on the road or on trails. The battery life is insane, id say it will outlast 90% of the people wanting this bike. ive had it almost die once and thats because i rode for a couple hours then forgot to charge it and rode it the next day for a couple more hours but luckily it didnt die it was just very low, if the battery starts to get a tad low just use the pedal assist and pedal slow and easy and itll double or tripple the battery life, I was very surprised at how little peddling made you go so much earlier. I road around the city at one point for about 4 hours and wanted to see everythinf and it still had battery life to spare. Im 5'11 and 190lbs and my brother is 6'3 and we have both comfortably ridden. I have kids so i bought a tiny seat for my kid to ride with me and he begs me to ride and loves this thing and its fun for me too so its a great way to get outside and bond with the little ones. The screen is nice and shows you speed and battery and milage and all that which is very nice. Either every ride or every other ride get the tools they give u and double check the bolts because riding at highier speeds can start to vibrate the bolts loose (my wifes bike does the exact same thing). i think thats about it just buy the bike u wont regret it and this thing can keep up with any ebike ive seen and doesnt have any issue's and if you do just contact the company they are very solid. Also last thing, I would buy a helmet because this is much faster than a regular bike and you are pretty consistently going fast so id consider that.

I know, your thinking "why is the bike so cheap, must be a cheaply made bike with no power"...WRONG! This thing is everything a ebike should be. Easy to assemble, easy to ride, a comfortable ride and a powerful ride. Just throttle it goes 25 mph, strait away with some peddling you can break 30 mph. 100% buy this bike

so far this bike is awesome , max speed is 28mph easy assembly. the battery lasts a good while. slows down a bit on uphill grade.

Awesome Bike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first eBike, and I'm very impressed. I've been an avid bicyclist all my life, and now that I'm slightly beyond middle age, I knew I'd do more bicycling if I didn't have to struggle up hills or against strong winds. I'm still getting a good workout, but now I can zip up hills using only the first of three pedal assist levels. This bike is very powerful. Also, I've already put 30 miles on it and the battery is still at half a charge. The seat is comfortable and the ergonomic position is fine on my back and shoulders. The handlebar tilt is adjustable, so you have some wiggle room to customize your position on the bike. I was also impressed with the packaging. Great care was taken to cushion all parts of the bike in its shipping box. There was a separate little cardboard box containing the pedals, assembly tools, and a user-friendly manual. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. And its price point is a third of one of the bottom-end name brands ebikes. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend

I now have 3 e bikes. a foldable e bike, and a scooter. This bike cost less than the other 2 e bikes and is every bit as good.  For me it has more power than I really need but I guess it never hurts to have it if you need it.  It is on the throttle located on the right side.   shock on the front fork is nice.  It can be locked or open.  Not sure why anyone would want it locked and not used. 
I really impressed with this bike and recommend it.

it could go 27. You just have to do the thing to unlock it. Hold the mind and plus button at the same time then press the plus

Overall: I have to say I am impressed with this E-Bike. The frame is sturdy and well constructed, the individual components are a step above what you would expect at this price point.

The bike ships at near 100% assembled. What remains to be done is minor and easily accomplished with some basic DIY skills.

Setup from the factory was good. Rims were true, brakes were well adjusted, shifting was crisp.

My one criticism would be the user manual. The assembly portion of the user manual was adequate and clear. The bike can be put together from these instructions. That same manual lacked when it came to explaining the “setup function” of the digital display.

It mentions how to get into the display setup menu but from that point there is no meaningful guidance offered. I suspect there are several displays installed by the manufacturer and the user manual they provided with this bike does not match the actual display provided at time of purchase.

I am attempting to contact the manufacturer for additional information. Hopefully they have up to date manuals they can provide.

Happy with this purchase

I was a bit worried the throttle would be a bit much but the bikes are amazing. Very comfortable (even the seat) and so much fun to ride. We did promptly replace the brakes with better ones because they're loud and a bit soft. But they're cheap to replace. My primary concern as a wife is the placement of the water bottle holder for my husband. It's just… not awesome lol. Otherwise, we're in love with these bikes and having so much fun!

We have had the e-bike for 45 days (assembled for only 35 days) and the motor is no longer working well enough to ride it. We're not sure what's wrong with it, but it quit running (on a full charge) and now makes an extremely loud horrible sound when we try to turn it on again. We have requested a refund, and will try to update my review when we hear back

Do not buy! Short life < 2 months

I was testing the bike in a parking lot. When I tried going over some bumps at the 4th bump the tires poped and the chain came off the track. Also the seat is angled in a way where you feel it going in your junk and I am unable to fix it.
