I love this thing! I was totally skeptical when putting it together, but totally surprised. I have a moderately sized back yard and relatively moderately sized front yard. This thing cuts better than I ever expected. I call it my "mee maw grass cutter." Very easy to use (my opinion) and doesn't wear me out. I highly recommend it if it suits your needs.

We have a small lawn for the dogs in the front yard. Perfect for cutting a small area and taking it back to the shed for storage. The grass catcher is a nice addition and makes cleanup a breeze. Mower takes some getting used to, but after a few uses you become a pro.

Excellent Manual Mower

I have a lightweight electric power mower, but purchased the Sun Joe reel mover to cut the newly sodded zoysia grass in the back yard. This mower is fantastic. Light weight and easy to maneuver. I also like the look of the cut versus my rotary mower. Great product at a great price !

Better than advertised !

its good for keeping a lawn down but if you have extremely thick grass or its close to 1 ft tall or higher its not going to cut it without alot of effort

It's easy to assemble but doesn't bolt together as tightly as I'd like. Could use some plastic washers. Bogs down a bit when you really get going, and works best on grass that's already short, but saves money on electric or gas and never really breaks down. Good for smaller yards.

Assembly was pretty straightforward. The blade is *really* sharp, so definitely be careful when moving around with it. I have a small yard and it cuts grass with ease, but the bag wouldn't stay up to catch most of it. I was hoping it would also cut, catch, and bag fallen leaves across my yard, but leaves seemed to slide under the blades. The blades often got sticks lodged in them at all height settings, which stopped me abruptly. I recommend wearing work safety gloves to dislodge sticks from the blades.

Best for a small yard with no sticks

Its a bit hard to use. you have to rake the yard before you use it. It gets hung up on small twigs very easily. Also the wheel fell off and we had to put it back on.

If you have a flat 12x12 yard this would probably be okay. Will not cut through any type of weed. Stops everyeverytime you try to go through anythig. Would not recommend this product.

I am very disappointed with this product. I have a very small back yard which this mower would have been perfect to maintain my lawn. Unfortunately, it does not do the job it is designed to do. In pushing forward the wheels do not turn smoothly and when wanting to go in reverse they don't turn at all. The grass catcher catches some grass but not all (but that's) minor. This product is a struggle to maneuver and it is not worth keeping. Therefore I am returning it and will look into purchasing something else. Anyone wishing to buy this product will be buying at risk. I guarantee. I should have read reviews before I purchased this.

Poor performance entirely

this has to be the worst design.  the bars do not stay on the posts and constantly come off.  don't ever get this
