My on-line order for my new E-Bike came a lot earlier than what i was told but after i received it it felt like there was no preparation on the bike. The front wheel did not fit on the bike and it was only after seeing another bike that my friend had ordered i was able to find out why the wheel did not go on. this bike should have been prepped properly before it was sent. Also the instructions for assembly was useless. I had to go on -line and look at other training videos from other manufactures on how to set up the brakes. As this is a reseller situation i had to contact the vendor for support which was useless. They got back to me once but have not followed up after i reply to them.
