Cellulartech the company that sold this tablet was very quick to respond when I had a problem trying to activate it on a cellular network. I think the problem was the tablet was showing up as locked to a foreign network.They fixed it, and it works great now.

They also did me a favor. They sent me an Email that said what they were going to do. It ended up in a Spam folder, and I deleted it prior my reading it. They resent it the next day.

Thanking them for a great tablet, at a great price 

Would definitely deal with them again.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9  is a solid tablet for the price. The 11-inch screen is bright and clear, perfect for streaming, reading, or browsing. Performance is smooth for daily tasks like watching videos, using apps, and web browsing. The build feels sturdy and lightweight, making it comfortable to hold. Battery life is reliable and lasts through a full day of normal use.

Overall, this is an excellent choice if you want a dependable tablet without paying premium prices. Highly recommended!

Great tablet for everyday use

I bought this two weeks ago and I am very happy with it. I was. Also impressed with the speed in which I got the item. I forgot to order a case for the tablet.

It's working great, but the only thing is that during the initial setup there is no option for Canada as a country on the list, so you have to choice another country.  Only after, the tablet will recognized  where  you are. And the price was reasonable.

No regrets!

Shipping is fast. It is an international version. This means that it does come with Samsung Canadian warranty. The tablet does registered with Samsung official website automatically without any issue. The tablet is brand new. Package is sealed properly. Switching from using iPad for years, I am very happy with Samsung tablet. It takes a little adjustment to Android. Very happy with it. Good value for the money.

Good value for the money.

Wasn't clear from the ad that this was the South-American SKU which may get complicated should a warranty claim be needed in the future (as this item was sold in Canada), but it otherwise works fine and is a good functioning basic android tablet.

Nice tablet - South American SKU

The battery started taking longer and longer to charge,now it won't charge at all! Tried different cords and blocks that worked on everything else but it just lights up for about 3sec. then goes black without charging at all! 
When looking on line found out a lot of people were having same problems!

Very disappointed.  Could not select Canada as a region.  Research seems to show that the product was not intended to be sold in Canada and had no Samsung warranty.  Immediately returned.  Do NOT buy.

Unable to set up (the only option of region was south American countries). I physically went to Walmart store, but I was told that there is no technician who can help me. This was told to contact Walmart online, and they said that I had to contact the manufacturer or just return the device. I am quite unsatisfied.

Not satisfied with the product

Could not use due to this is a foreign tablet that is not showed to be used in US markets. The box is a different color. Appears to be a fake per my cellular provider.
