[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dehumidifier quit working so I researched ones that were quiet and had a large holding tank.  We have had it for a few weeks now and it works perfectly.  Quiet and holds a lot.

Very effective and easy to use. It pulls moisture from the room quickly and runs quietly. The tank is simple to empty, and the air feels much fresher after using it.

Great dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier to replace the one that I had. Upon using it I feel it works really well. I use the automatic drain which works to perfection. My dehumidifier is in the cellar which I cannot go up and down the stairs, therefore the automatic drain is exactly what I needed. It's very quiet which I love. The only downfall to the whole unit is the hose. It's very cheap. As much as you pay for the dehumidifier you would think there would be a hose that was not cheap. I don't think it will last very long and I'll end up having to buy another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The owners manual gives awkwardly worded and confusing language for setup. The hose for draining instead of using the bucket inside the dehumidifier is less than 12 inches!? If  you plan on draining it into your sump pump (as we do) plan on buying a hose at the store. It does work great. We bought 2 of them.

Handle on removable bucket comes off easily. Handle not strong enough to hold it by, must support it with another hand underneath.

Overall good but bucket handle is too weak

I bought one last year and it worked great so I bought another one.

Good and quiet machine

I bought this for continuous drainage, as advertised. However, there were no instructions on how to attach the tiny hose it came with. The hose was so short, when connected to where I thought it would go, it barely would reach the floor, let alone reach to go inside a floor drain! I should have reviewed these reviews ahead of time, as I now see someone else had this problem. I contacted the company and they offered to send me $30 to purchase my own hose. No thank you. I asked for a refund and waiting.
