I bought this a month ago and just love it. I bought this for my upstairs with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and it navigates through each room perfectly. The mapping feature worked great, it went room to room without a problem, and then back to its dock. The only issue I did have was that it tried to go down the stairs. It didn't fall, but went just far enough that it got stuck (and then it talks to you and says it has a problem-funny). Now I just put a garbage can on the lower step, and that took care of it. I have always loved Shark products for cleaning and this did not disappoint. I can see the tracks it leaves as it goes through each room. Dust bin is easy to empty. You do have to move some things out of the way if you want (garbage cans, clothes hampers, shoes), but that's a small price, and I don't have to vacuum myself. Win-Win.

I bought this a month ago and I cannot say enough how much I am impressed with the ways that it navigates only bumping into the baseboards occasionally. It's a great product so far!

Works great!

I have a Shark Vacuum and love it, so that is why I chose the Shark AI robot vacuum.  I am somewhat technology challenged, but from Step 1, the Shark AI Robot Vacuum was very easy to use.  I downloaded the mobile app and had “Cinderella” map the house.  I removed everything (hampers/trash cans/baskets) except large furniture so she could get a good map run on the first "explore".  She did a great job on the first try! (impressed).  I am consistently surprised by how much she picks up when she cleans.  I have high expectations of products and I have to say that I am more impressed than I thought I would be with this one.  Love it!  Would recommend!

Awesome cleaning power but it's not working after a weekI truly love how this cleans how I could navigate through the app but after having it for a week it's not working properly I need somebody to call me thanks thanks. Also they should design it so that you could pick it up with the handle As the vacuum is heavy and it's cumbersome to pick it up

Awesome cleaning power but it's not working after

Purchased a few weeks ago.  Set up had a few hitches but customer service was very responsive.  Does a very good job cleaning up dog hair.  It completes it's task then goes back to charge.  I wish it had a larger dust bin as it needs emptying mid way through

Must for dog owners

I've had a Roomba for the last 9 years (his name is George). He runs every day. I thought I would try the Shark, but haven't been super impressed. He (Jerry) does run quieter than my Roomba, but has a poor design in the filter area. Dirt traps by the filter instead of emptying directly into the bin for easy disposal.

I prefer Roomba

I like the vacuum, and it works for what we need. I still have to vacuum my house every other day with my regular vacuum because we do have two large dogs. The vacuum does fill up quickly with the amount of dog hair that we have, and sometimes the hair will just get stuck to the bottom and move it around the house instead of actually vacuuming it up.

The vacuum cleans very well and is very quiet. But I have to follow the vacuum around and constantly pick it up and move it or adjust it as it runs over everything and does not detect anything so basically it's a good vacuum but that's it. It will not detect objects or obstacles so save the money and buy the cheaper one

Vacuum part is awesome. AI detection is awful

So the sweeper when it swept for 5 min. work super, however it would register me to my phone, customer service was friendly and helpful but the problem could not be fixed, I sent it back for a refund. If you need a certain phone it should mention that in its discription .

Needs Help

We bought this a little over a month ago and after 2 weeks of use the vacuum completely quit working.  Nothing lights up, the app doesn't recognize the robot, and pushing buttons and reseting the robot did nothing.  Luckily we purchased the lifetime warranty.  However, the "lifetime warranty" only applies to the original vacuum and not the replacement they're sending us.  Not much of a lifetime warranty.  It's been over 2 weeks since we filed our claim for a new machine and Shark still has not sent the new machine, and give ZERO response after multiple attempts by phone, email, and website to contact them.  Thinking we'll just try to get our money back and stay away from shark products from now on.
