It really helped clear up all my facial and body acne and removed my dark spots. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate it too much but if you're lathering into your skin hard it's not good for sensitive skin or eczema. But overall did what it said it would do and I'll definitely be re purchasing!

I love the way this soap lathers, and it has a very pleasant smell, it's kind of smells a little like vanilla and castor oil, it's not too strong tbh, and it's a very pretty bar! I also love the packaging, i think it's simple, but very nice. And  as a colored person myself, I love all black owned business's that sell soap for different skin types like this, it's great for a lot of skin types imo! I have very sensitive skin, Like.. REALLY sensitive skin, and this has kept my skin pretty moisturized throughout the day, and I haven't seen any kid of irritation at all from it so far, so if you have sensitive skin, I would definitely recommend this. Its also a pretty thick bar, so it'll last you awhile and it's pretty good for the price imo!. So overall, 5 stars. :) 👍🏽🖤✨.

It works great for sensitive skin!

I have had acne since middle school.  As an adult, it's different, but I still break out. My skin is oily and can be sensitive. This soap will really deep clean, yet not strip. It's the only soap I have used that is able to really clean the oil and makeup and not over dry my skin. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. I enjoy the smell. It's a mix between a clean smell and a floral smell. It is less expensive than a lot of liquid facial cleaners and it lasts a long time.

Favorite facial soap- deep cleans, yet gentle

I absolutely love this soap. I have very sensitive skin that can be oily sometimes. I use this soap twice a day (morning/night), then moisturize my face after. My face feels clean and soft and not stripped. I've been using Shea moisture black soap for many years without any complaints. I even have my husband using it now. I will never use anything else on my face.

I love the Black Soap because of the effectiveness of the cleanse 😘! The soap will get you squeaky clean!!! Your mother will be sooo proud!!! It helped clear up some allergic reactions on my skin and no more dry rough patches on the heels of my feet! You might not like it if you have oily skin but my skin is dry and I didn't need to apply lotion anywhere other than my feet!!! Great Product!!! I loved that I got a $3.00 discount; can I have another discount???😘 I'll need to purchase again around Halloween since it lasts a long time!!!💕

I purchased this on Sale %26 even got 3 bucks back in Walmart Cash so i only paid $3 dollars for the bar of soap but this soap is excellent for clearing up your skin %26 helping reduce excess oil on your skin, plus it helps even your skin tone by reducing the look of white or dark spots. The ingredients in this bar of soap help a variety of akin types including acne, eczema, etc. No residue left on your skin. The soap lathering is perfect %26 makes your skin feel wonderful!!

I've only used this soap since 2018. It's great for sensitive skin and the reason why I tried it in the first place. No breakouts and great for body blemishes. The smell is DIVINE! I don't find it drying but I also moisturize after showers.

Best for sensitive skin and best smelling

The Body Wash its 100xs better. The bar soap, doesn't leave u feeling clean, and the smell makes you smell worse than not showering for a week. I use it due to a skin disorder, I used the body wash and healed the area and didnt have any new spots. When I switch to the bar, I have several new areas.

Get The body wash, dont waste you money with Bar

Not authentic. It's pretty much just charcoal soap with added fragrance. If you ever buy authentic African black soap with the unrefined ingredients, it should have no added fragrance, you should be able to cut it into pieces and even almost mold it together, and it should lather way way better. It works ok but this soap almost liquifiies into like some  gel which authentic black soap doesn't, it works like normal bar soap. I'd recommend spending the extra money on authenticity especially if you don't want breakouts and actually want to feel clean skin.
