when i started use shea mositure Shampoo, Conditioner and deep treatment for my curly thick hair every weekly. it has dry and damage. my hair got shine, so soft and less dry and damage after used it. The products that change the texture and appearance of my hair curly and thick. :)

I love this product. It gives my hair all the moisture it needs. It also helps me comb through my curls. The smell isn't as strong as the Coconut & Hibiscus.

Love this product

I love how this conditioner leaves my hair feeling nice and soft. Its easy to apply have my curls last all day without looking dry. The bottle is easy to store.  I recommend this to my mom and she loves it.

Summer must have

I have naturally curly hair, and this conditioner helped tame my frizz without leaving a heavy residue.. I love the thick, creamy consistency, but the smell was off-putting. It's sweet like coconut then smells like mayonnaise at the same time.

Good Conditioner, Not-so-good Smell

I couldn't write a review, I deactivated adblock still nothing anyway.. 

The product is good but unfortunately the older formula was better too much polyquats makes us think the products are nourishing, I hope it can be replaced with fatty alcohols that moisturize the hair like petal fresh pure conditioner formula

I just hope a new shea moisture product without extracts (containing proteins) and glycerin which make hair behave like protein overload and coconut oil some people are sensitive to it too.

Doesn't work on my family (protein overload)

Really like that it's an all natural product, makes me feel much better putting it on my hair.  However, I have white people's hair and idk if it's just me but I have to use A LOT of it to really get the effect of smoothness and tangle free hair.  If I don't use enough of this conditioner, my hair will dry tangled and somewhat straw-like.  Kind of upsetting for the price that I'm paying and having to use so much of it.   Other than that, it doesn't weigh my hair down and my hair is noticably more shiny.  I would say to give it a shot and see if it works for you!  Maybe this is just my experience with it.

I began using this product over 15 yrs ago and recommended it to many women that dealt with frizz, waves and unmanageable hair. I swore by this product, raved about it. Then, this last bottle I purchased put all of that to a grinding halt. To the point that I am fresh out of the shower, my first use and my hair feels like straw. Just like every other brand that has sold out to a large conglomerate. I will be returning my new bottle tomorrow and I will NOT be reccomending this product any longer. They sold out and the proof is in the hair.

I couldn't figure out why my scalp felt so dry and painful or my hair suddenly straw-like and frizzy until when I changed nothing about my routine. Decided to double check the ingredients in my shampoo/conditioner and, surprise surprise, the ingredients changed. The dollar store brand would work better than this crap formula. Beyond disappointing that I have to find someone willing to take the other 2 bottle off my hands because no way is it touching my head again and find a new brand.

No better than dollar store brand

I'm so frustrated with all the formulas of my favorite Shea Moisture products changing. I noticed immediately with the raw shea butter shampoo because the consistency was so different and dried my hair out so bad, but I bought my current bottle of conditioner before I had to replace my shampoo and the consistency of the new conditioner formula is similar to the old one so I didn't notice. In the last month or so I broke out with a rash on my neck and arms and I couldn't figure out what was causing it and didn't think it could possibly be my hair products since I had been using the same ones for over a year with no previous issues, but now it's so obvious that something in this new formula is irritating to my skin. I also used to use this as a leave in conditioner and I was finding that I couldn't do that anymore because it just looked gross and greasy, which I figured was just my skin being oilier than normal. It seems so obvious in hindsight, but I had no reason to think my conditioner's ingredients had changed because they gave no indication that it had. I wish they had been more up front about the formula changes. I'm really dissapointed because I really loved these products
