This little machine is great, I use it almost every day. Also the price is right.

It works and relaxes muscles and makes you sleepy

The shiatsu massage is good. The only thing I don't like is the material on the sides (pleather?) is very slippery so it is hard to shift the pillow around to massage different areas on the back. I wish they would have used cloth material so you could grip the pillow.

Item in good condition but not in manufacturers box. Because it is a gift, I would have liked an original box.

The massage mechanism is too hard because  it was difficult to place it on my back and neck where I wanted a massage...

Too awkward

Compact, but breaks easily

Works OK, if you're a smaller person, it might not hit the areas you want it to. I have to flip it around to get it to actually hit my neck.
Mostly annoyed that the advertisement says it comes with strapping system and mine came with nothing like that, which is part of why I bought this particular one.
Disappointing.
