Easy to use with minimal effort required.

Can be long-lasting, but may also drain quickly.

We've bought Simple Human products in the past, but not for quite some time.
We redid a half bath and decided to also upgrade the hand soap dispenser, since the half bath is off the garage as you enter the house, and there are times a sensor, no-hands dispenser is what's needed. No complaints. This is an excellent product, as is every Simple Human item we've ever bought.

Great sensor soap dispenser

This is our second sensor pump and I really like the changes. The on/off switch is much simpler to use than the finger touch button. Also it's much easier to see into the tank to gage how low the liquid soap is. The brushed finish wasn't available so we got the polished finish. It doesn't fingerprint, yea! Dispenser works perfectly. All around, great product.

Great Product

a year ago, i purchased a cheaper motion sensor soap dispenser which i liked but stopped working after a few months) I said that i'd be willing to pay twice as much for a better quality one that was easier to fill and recharge. very happy when i found this simple human dispenser

Initial puchase was to match new stainless steel items in kitchen. Decided to go ahead and buy another one for the bathroom. Really like the appearance and ease of use. Have used them for a week now. Intend on purchasing another one for sink in basement. Highly recommend!

Why Did I Wait So Long?

This sensor pump is Awesome! It deposits the perfect amount. No dripping! It is sleek, stylish and clean. I was so happy when I saw it came in my brushed brass. Matches my faucet perfectly. 
I have been very pleased with all the Simplehuman products. Top shelf!!

Pump it up!

This dispenser is wonderful. My family members and I can change the amount dispensed easily by just positioning our hands either close to the spout or further down and away from the spout. Other dispensers have me changing amount dispensed every time a person uses, it if it's different from the last user.

Save money on soap

Better charger / connection, better power switch (the button was finicky and ambiguous before), the ability to see how much the dispenser still needs while refilling it (bigger opening). All excellent. Only downside is it has more difficulty with higher viscosity soaps, which seems like an intentional choice to incentivize the thinner first party soap sold by the company.

Better than last gen in so many ways

Simplehuman was the only place I found this automatic soap dispenser in oil rubbed bronze, so happy with that. It looks nice on my bathroom countertop and matches the faucet perfectly. So far, works well. I like that it doesn't have an after drip on the counter. I would recommend.

Effortlessly the Best Automatic Liquid Pump

The two questions every user will have are:
1. ) How much soap is remaining in the reservoir.
2. ) How much battery charge is left?
This canister's new metal design - and the product - ignore customers' questions.
I purchased the prior design for almost every member of my extended family, about twenty of the older and excellent product.

Not friendly

Simple human had great products! Best quality had seen. I purchased the sensor pump 5 years ago and it was so much better than the junk I purchased this time. Quality is so much worst. They went backwards in quality and I'm so sad. 
Size is smaller, looks are uglier, charger is so much lower quality, and the feel of the product has gone down.
