It arrived promptly and in good condition. A threading "cheat sheet" and Safety Instructions were enclosed, no manual. You are instructed to go to Singer's website for a download. I couldn't find the 64S manual so I contacted Singer for it to find out this machine is "vintage". Wait, what? Why am I getting a model that is brand new but already considered vintage without prior knowledge of it?  Singer did not have the manual.  I had to search for one online. I haven't used it yet but about to.

I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with an instruction manual and was not able to find it on the website. I had request it from the company and print about 20 pages of the manual. However, so far it's working as described.

have tried to make the stitch straight, I have been constantly but the seams are slant.  Also when I'm sewing something thick the machine jumps a bit, which makes me not want to use it.  I wrote to ask what it could be, no one gave me an answer, and I have requested the label 5 times to return it and I don't get any.  I don't like this poor and bad service, it doesn't make sense to have a sewing machine packed because it doesn't give me the stitch I need.  Please give me the label for returns the sewing machine and get my money back.
