I waited over 15 days for this to be delivered finally after complaining enough , on the 3rd call I got a good customer service rep and they rushed it. The machine itself is great. I love the cd much easier than reading a book. There is a cheat sheet guide that pulls out of the bottom of the base for the stiches since they are not all displayed on the machine . That is a great feature I think. Runs smooth.

I searched the internet and read many reviews and looked at all the features on various machines before finally deciding on this machine as the replacement for my 40 year old Singer. This machine suits the type of sewing I do but yet has so many modern features. I especially like the automatic threader, although it took me several minutes to get the hang of it. I was letting go of the threader too quickly, causing the thread loop to flip back to a straight thread. I didn't have any trouble threading the machine itself. I have not had it long enough to try some of the fancy stitches but look forward to using some of them.

Very Nice Sewing Machine

It's great to have all the different types of stitches. The drop in bobbing is very easy to use and is a great time saver. It's only a few dollars more than the Singer Simple and is definately worth it. I couldn't be happier with the choice.

Great machine and very versatile

I have been a sewer for about 45 years, at first I was worried about changing machines, but this machine is wonderful and easy. I especially love the needle threader. I would recommend this machine to anyone who loves to sew.

This sewing machine was given by me as a gift. She was thrilled!

I bought this as a replacement for my mothers old machine. So far she is very pleased with it and still learning all the features.

Initially, I was very excited to find this particular sewing machine at such a discounted price. Well, you get what you pay for. After purchasing the machine, I was disappointed to learn that the foot pedal that comes with this machine is not the right one. So, I was never able to use this machine. Bummer!! DO NOT ORDER THIS MACHINE!! You will not be able to use it right out of the box.
