Timely delivery of product. It is a great little lightweight machine, but I find the deck has not got good stability and can tip with minimal pressure. For this reason I plan to return product.

Thread jams easily. Can't return for fixing. Was asked to return & get refund instead but my pant is stuck and unable to raise needle.
