[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is great. The delivery was bad. First delivered to wrong address and left by side of road. If it had not been for a notice that it was delivered and description I would not had gotten it. Luckily I got to it before someone came by and got it

Bad delivery

Came without a sewing foot and try said they would give me ten percent off yet what do I do about a sewing foot this doesn't seem right for it comes with a foot says the paperwork very disappointing

Product manual does not have English version.

Refurbished SM024 arrived with an instruction manual in French. Cannot locate this machine on the website to find the manual in English and cannot understand functions or procedures. This may have to be returned for a refund.
