Has a consistently tender and juicy texture when cooked.

This roast was relatively inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting great quality.  In fact, the flavour was top quality, there was no fat or gristle, and I easily cut it down into 3 small roasts and 3 steaks.  I could not be happier with this purchase and I'm hoping to repeat it in the future..

TOP QUALITY BEEF ROAST AT A BARGAIN PRICE!!!

The sirloin tip beef roast made a great Christmas dinner. I just seared it in a dry pan, seasoned it and roasted it for about 40 minutes. There was no waste - it was well butchered. The meat was flavorful and tender. I will continue to buy this product.

Great for Special Dinners

Bought to cut in 1” cubes to add marinade and freeze for future. I'm not great at cooking beef. Made some in the air fryer and it was very tender. A few slightly chewy pieces due to fat but mostly tender. Will definitely buy again.

This was ordered online and beats my previous assumptions that it may not be fresh on arrival. This was neatly packaged with no leaks and quite fresh. That's why I have ordered it again.

Just the most beautiful roast with a little fat for taste but not much so it is not greasy. It made wonderful gravy as well. It fed me four meals and then with the leftovers I made a big pot of beef barley soup with it. I will be getting this roast every month when I get all my groceries online with Walmart. They shop and deliver for me for under $8.00 and the produce is fresh too. I find all of their prices to be fair and I am a disabled senior lady who canNOT shop so I am very grateful to have Walmart. Sirloin Tip Beef Roast

Roast had fair amount of gristle and was kind of tough. Ive never had a roast this tough before in my 54 years. Would appreciate if associates could look for roasts with least amount of gristle or muscle.

I would not order this again. It was very fatty and chewy to the point where we just threw it all away. I would not order this again. Very poor piece of beef. Not the Packers fault, just poor product from the supplier.

Take a few chunks gristle beef, wrap up in a string and call this a roast?? It was awful small expensive and rawhide chewy. Terrible joke for calling this a roast.

Dry tough cooked it for 50 mins at 350/375 and still came out like leather no flavour at all , no way this is AAA , even the drippings to make  gravy had no flavour won't be buying this ever again

[Employee of walmartcanada] The piece I bought was the toughest meat we have ever had. Disappointed big time. No way to file a refund on the site for not being satisfied. Will not buy meat products from Walmart again despite them being great most of time.
