The product melts easily. I have not used on armpits yet, but I have definitely used it on unwanted facial hair at least FOUR times. Each time was successful. The microwave heating method worked out great.  Also, the INCLUDED SILICONE MUG gets MUCH WARMER than I expected. I typically wear an old t-shirt during my waxing sessions and use the bathroom mirror and sink area. REMOVAL: The wax was EASY TO REMOVEFROM THE SKIN. It was also easy to to remove drops from my sink. Only a thin layer of of wax needs to be applied to the desired area. It cools easily. A person can easily and quickly wax an area before going to an event with no worries about irritating your skin. BUT do exercise CAUTION because of heat and the fragrance in the wax beads could cause sensitivity for some people. I definitely will be buying refills.

Can be a little messy, Heats up well, just add time as needed. I'm a blond with very fine hairs. It gripped ALL of them. I decided to wax my upper lip for the first time. Tender, but this cleared every hair. Eyebrows as well. Will try on my bikini line. Left me slightly pink, but all wax does that, even at the wax studios.

The idea of waxing my brows myself was pretty intimidating. This was actually significantly easier than I anticipated! I followed the instructions and learned a bit along the way! I recommend using a coffee stir stick if you're doing your brows, and testing your application on your hand first to get an idea of the way it will smear across your skin. You want some pressure and tension when you apply, and not a huge glob, that's where it gets messy. The smell isn't bad honestly, and with the silicone tools provided it makes cleaning up super easy!  I'll definitely be trying again in the future!

I suffer from hirsitusm caused by PCOS/PMOS and this wax helped me to get rid of my "beard" and left my skin so soft afterwards. the only down side is you have to wax several times in a row to get all the hairs. I would still recommend it's better than plucking every individual hair.

Very cute little applicator and bowl. The smell is fresh and kinda lavender. I use it on my eye brow and upper lip sometimes. I like it easy directions. Just a little hard to heat up

Does the job

very easy to warm up in the microwave and use but for me it was hard for me to get it on I guess I didn't have the wax hot enough

Love this ! A bit pricey for being a microwave wax option. But definitely worth it to not have to get waxed at the salon. And for at home use !

The wax beads took a long time to melt and the wax was not sticky enough to remove more than just peach fuzz, I used it to wax  eyebrows and I ended up just using a tweezers instead.

My review is absolutely the bright color, the packaging, but what I  disliked about the product is the wax not so easy to apply but it definitely gets the job done

Bought this product as an introduction to waxing for my teenage daughter. The silicone cup is actually very nice and doesn’t burn your hands at all after warming. That’s probably the best thing about this product. Aside from that I feel like I have to make this review a little more EXTRA than the tone I’d usually leave reviews in so that whoever reads this understands how disgraceful the kit actually is. Worst purchase EVER. I boxed everything back up - mid use - and took it down to the store and got a full refund. No joke. Here’s why - 
1. The amount of wax beads you get in the kit can barely accomplish ONE leg of a teenage girl. 
2. Nobody wants to waste money on wax that comes out hot and LITERALLY five minutes TOPS is cold and hardened again. 
3. The wax hardens WHILE you’re applying it with the spatula making it nearly impossible to even remove hair. 
4. It’s SUPER messy. Like it gets on ANYTHING within three feet. As you remove the spatula from the waxing cup it starts stringing everywhere kinda like silly puddy when it gets warm and you stretch it out. 
5. When you actually do accomplish a decent strip, it barely gets any hair. Literally a few little hairs is all you will get removed. 

I’m a cosmetologist and my daughter who’s pretty much always been a tomboy has been transitioning into more feminine routines and appearances etc over about the past year or two now that she’s in high school and I really thought that this product would be awesome for her to ease into waxing but I was completely wrong. This kit needs to be discontinued, I mean that wholeheartedly.
