I do recommend to buy this gazibo, but as for assembly, if you have done assembly before,you will be alright. I will start with the negative; there was absolutely no instructions inside the box. So I went on the Sojag site to download it, but the download site did not work. I searched the net for hours to finally find one on a different store site. Make sure you look at the pictures in details becase i had to take a couple of parts appart & restart. I was lucky to have a brother that had installed it a few years ago, he gave me good tips. One of the tips he gave me is to install a metal tape on the top side of each glass panels to prevent dirt to infiltrate inside, because it did on his. Don't tight your screws completely before making sure you are squared and straight. I took my time and everything alligned perfectly.  I'm very happy of that purchase and would recommend anytime, just be patient.

Buy it.. just be patient to install

I like this pergola. It is robust and fits well enough... The instructions might be clearer but I succeeded after 3 days by going at my own pace. I had to undo one step because I had put two sections upside down. For the same model, the price here was not too expensive than elsewhere.

It suits me perfectly.

Gazebo

Instructions were not real clear but we were able to get it together fine. Was missing the winter bracket. Hopefully they will send one out. So far we are happy with it.

Nice Shelter

Great product. The instructions didn't always tell you that some parts have to face a certain way, which becomes crucial later on. Other than that I am enjoying it so far.

Great gazebo

For the most part, this went up easy. But, some placements were unclear and photos unreliable. The uv panels did not fit properly and still trying to reconcile. Love the sturdiness and protection offered. Ordering and delivery were seamless.

Just as described

The directions aren't the easiest to follow.  We had to take things apart and go back several steps which was time consuming…this is obviously mostly user error but better directions could have helped eliminate some stress.  The real reason for the low rating is that one of the final steps in building this thing (installing the G2 support arms), we discovered it had the holes predrilled the in wrong place!  We went back looked at the directions and sure enough, the holes did not match up.  We made sure we didn't mix up parts and tried to see if this was something we did.  We didn't.  It was a manufacturing flaw.  Very disheartening when so close to be done.  My husband was fed up with building this thing so ended up drilling his own holes in the metal where they should been rather than contacting customer service and waiting for new parts to arrive.  I love the gazebo now that it's set up.  It's exactly what I wanted and hope to enjoy it now that the stress of building it is over.

Awesome once built. Lots of problems getting there

Box 2 of the package arrived broken. Part of the box had been ripped open. 
Roof tiles had been compressed. 
Request an exchange, which was denied to me

Poor customer service

I can't comment on this product sadly, as it never arrived.  Got the delivery email notice, came home, nothing there. Neighbours said no delivery truck came. Now begins the tiring process of sorting out this mess.

Didn't arrive

Got the package late and also at the end missing items thus not able to start the project.  Call Walmart customer service 8 times and was resolved FINALLY after speaking to a manager (Manager was giving me attitude).  The whole calling process and waiting for the item took over 3 months.  While building, instructions were not very clear and some area were not aligned properly.   After product built, now 1 year later, I see leakage during heavy rain.  Not sure if it is Walmart thing but always having issue when I buy from Walmart.  Never have issue with other companies...
