SONY 2.1 Channel Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer - HTCT180 is rated 2.1 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not typical Sony I understand this is a budget product but I do expect more from Sony. I am a Sony guy, and although this sounds OK, you can buy a Vizio that sounds much better at the same price. I can not tell a difference in the surround and Clear Audio+ settings, the Sub habitually cuts out. Also this thing will not sync with your bravia and you will have to use a second remote. There is not supprt for ARC, and you can not adjust an equalizer from your television, or from the unit itself, it is what it is and there are no custom options. Quite frankly it is garbage. Like I said, if it will not sync, and you already need 2 remotes get a Vizio, or buy one of their more expensive models

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wireless sub cut outs all the time Please read the posts on Sony's site. The HT-CT line has has problems for over three years with their wireless Subwoofer dropouts. Several different post from many customers across the entire HT-CT line. Sony replies with stall tactics telling you the customer to do their product testing for them. They claim its WiFi interference or its the settings on you tv or or..... I have a 2016 Sony Bravia ultra TV and I am using the supplied cables. The sub is in line of site and less than a foot away from the soundbar. All WiFi signals in the house have been turned off and the effects settings are off. I still as many others have sub cut offs across all media. DVD, Blu ray, Bluetooth, even line-in cable from phone. Before buying a Sony HT-CT soundbar. Please do your research before you waste your money. Sony has no interests in fixing the problem. I have a HT-CT180 soundbar,a new Sony Flatscreen and a PS4. The soundbar work with NON of the audio devices I have tried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The sub woofer is useless: can I give 0 stars? The sound quality from the soundbar is ok, however not much difference between settings. The constant is the sub woofer. The sub woofer sucks. It always disconnects, and when connected the bass output is so low (even on highest settings) it may as well not be part of the package. It's truly terrible and I'm very disappointed in Sony for making such a terrible product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please don't buy I purchased this last night hooked it up to my 47 inch JVC and my TV was louder than the sound bar and sub so took it back and purchased the vizio and so glad I got the vizio, Sony sound bars suck,if you want the good sound go with vizio you won't be disappointed ....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great I bought this sound bar for my bedroom after taking an RCA 5.1 back cuz the sub kept cutting out... I haven't had any problems with it... Works fine for my bedroom... but I think if I were getting something for a living room I'd get something with a little more power... But it was only $148.00 so I'm not complaining...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from misleading info This description is INCORRECT. The description says the sound bar contains 4 HDMI ports. It has ZERO. HDMI is the input I have on my tv....
