<p>This is a great value Spiderman backpack . It has a large main compartment. We have attached a value added lunch bag. There are 2 side mesh pockets for your childs favorite refreshments. Last but no least is a top carry loop.</p>

Good little backpack. We haven't used the lunch box much, but it does keep attached on outside when used.
Side mesh pockets a little small to accommodate a regular size reusable water bottle. Only one side zipper (not from both ends).
Inside fits 5T snowpants, lunch bag (different to one that came with back pack, but similar size), and library books / art, extra set clothes folded small.
Slightly smaller size than bag we were replacing.

Good little backpack, a little small.

Bought this for my son for Kindergarten. The size is good for what he needs and will fit on his back good too. The zipper still runs smoothly half way through the year almost.
The reason for only 2/5 stars is because of the lunch/snack bag that is supposed to attach and detach from the front of the backpack using two pieces of Velcro around two rings on both sides of the lunch bag/backpack...It doesn't stay on though. The first day as we were walking out the front door it fell off. We tried it a couple more times but haven't used it at all since.

Yes you could just put the lunch bag inside the backpack but not only does it take up room in it but the point of the bag was to be able to attach it on the outside but it just wont stay on.

Backpack is okay...but you'll lose your lunch
