Rated 4 out of 5 by from Out of the box and over our house! My first BzzAgent package arrived and in it was the Air Hogs Star Wars Remote Control Ultimate Millennium Falcon Quad to review. Please note that while I am a BzzAgent and receive free products in exchange for a review. Each opinion is my own and is not influenced in any way by any party but myself. In this case my kids, all boys aged 7, 10 & 12 all participated in the review. What a better way than having and adult write this alone! Awaiting the arrival was just like Christmas..the moment I received the package we took everything out of the box and followed the instructions, placed batteries in the controller, charged the Millennium Falcon, then synced both. Once completed, we headed out doors. Living in the country we have plenty of space to not have to worry.. was I wrong... It was so easy to fly on the first shot I sent it over the house from the backyard to the front yard! The lightness of the Falcon is amazing and yes wind does play a factor into this. It was not a calm day when we did this we had a wind that we had to compensate for but again this was not an issue. The remote control is very easy to use and provides easy adjustments. I never have been great at using these controls but with these it was easy. What we loved about this is the fact that when crashed it does not break like some do, given the fact that it is made from high density foam is a major plus especially with kids. The older the better to maintain control. We landed it on the roof and no problem getting it off. The sound effects are great as well are the light and we will definitely be using this at night time just to see it! Now you many wonder if We loved it so much, why the 4 stars. Battery life! We had apx 15 minutes of play time then let it cool for 15 minutes as per the instructions and charge again for an hour. This can be frustrating but in the end given it's lightness, one can understand why. It walls states that this is for Indoor use... I do not know why not for outside as we did. It can get away from you and it will go far... I did not test the distance, but from our backyard over the house to our front yard was a good 200 ft! I laughed when I did this of course as I was worried I damaged the Falcon but again no issues. One last note if you are using it outside on grass, make sure the gars is trimmed before you use it. The four rotors cut grass very well, but now they are turning green! Highly recommend this for a fun time with your kids!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live out your PG Han Solo dreams What kid who grew up in the 1980s doesn’t want to fly the Millennium Falcon? I know I always did, Despite what Lucas said, I always thought Han Solo was, or at least should have been, the star of the original Star Wars Trilogy. I was a huge fan of Han and of course the Falcon. I cried when Lando betrayed Han and got him encased in Carbonite. I rejoiced when Leia rescued him from Jabba. I was STOKED to find he is starring in the new movie and still being played by the wonderful, awesome, super talented Harrison Ford (greatest American Actor, ever, in my opinion). So, of course, you can imagine my delight to find Air Hogs has come out with a remote control Millennium Falcon. This is a rather sturdy little flying toy. I was surprised to find it is recommended for indoor use only. But it is basically a four prop mini drone encased in a sturdy foam cover that is a very detailed replica of the Falcon. After a few minutes, I easily figured out how to make it hover and fly. With a little practice, I was able to get it to fly well. It charges fairly quickly and can even charge off the batteries (4 AA, not included) in the remote. Or, you can plug one cord into the Falcon from the remote and then another cord into the remote and into the wall to charge it. The remote makes sound effects that include hyperspace jumps, R2D2 and other classic Star Wars sounds. Overall, I really like this drone. I am very happy with it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Family Afair***** I thought when I bought it that it was going to be a shelf display, as all of my StarWars things are but this one is a blast to play with. I'm not ashamed to say I'm playing with toys again. The Drone really flys and looks like the real thing. There is a learning curve but that being said it takes a beating and keeps on flying. You get everything you need and flys right out of the box although they say charge it first. " I couldn't wait" he he. This is a toy that you will want to play with your kids but if I was you get 2 or rather one of the other models available like I did because you will enjoy playing with your kids with this. Even my girl who doesn't care for my sons toys wants to use this toy it's defiantly a family affair*****

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A lot of fun, but pricey. I recieved the Star Wars Millennium Falcon for free from Bzz Agent about a week ago. My son (8) and I have had a lot of fun using it. We have quite an open family room space, which you will need until you master the remote. It flies nicely and the sounds and lights add a little to the excitment. The foam construciton makes me feel better every time I hear it hit a wall or the floor. However, my son found it frustrating that it only stayed charged for about 10 minutes, but took much longer then that to recharge. He really wanted to be able to pay with it for an extended amount of time, which is just not possible. I also feel that the $100+ price is quite a bit to spend on a toy like this. I have no idea how much it costs to make, but if my son wanted this for christmas I would be looking for coupons or sales. While I think the Millenium Falcon is a lot of fun, especially to fly together with my son, I only gave it four stars for the short battery life and the high cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very surprised after opening the box. I have to say I was not expecting the performance that was to come. When taking it out of the box it seemed like it was going to be a really cheap light weight toy and would not fly well at all. BUT ... to my surprise and my sons, it fly's great. Once you figure out the controls and how to vary the blades speed to maintain lift it works great. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish the battery would last longer. I know that they wanted to keep it light but a little more weight for longer flying time would have been great. Very easy to charge and a wonderful toy for all ages. I received the product as part of a promotion from the Air Hogs brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard to control, not fun I found the toy to be extremely difficult to control. There did not appear to be a consistent amount of "thrust" when the controls were maintained at the same levels. As an adult having these difficulties, I couldn't imagine the challenges that would face a child trying to utilize this toy. This item was received as part of a promotion from the brand for my review.
