I love the dish apart to prepare my homemade broth on the stove. Temperature control is very accurate. It is not touched during the meal the temperature is in time. As it does not heat up at intervals (like the cheap models) but very slowly we do not lack broth. Also the edges are high and deep, which makes the meats are in the broth.

The wire is short but it is possible to put an extension cord (which respects the connection with appropriate voltage in the guide of the fondue set) Super safe with the hot plate below the cooking cauldron. Maybe plan to buy more fondue forks for larger families. The fondue heats up quickly and maintenance is super easy since it cleans up very well. Amazing Product

Had a group in for a meat fondue New Years Eve.  I had a fear of the oil burning and flames erupting.   The temperature control kept the peanut oil at a consistent temperature for a couple hours.  This is a feature that I highly recommend and is safe.

This electric fondue does not work after less than a year of use. The burner often starts to leave and stop constantly before calming down, it should not help the life of the product.
