Ratings & Reviews+

Starfrit Collapsible Dish Drainer is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Idea but poorly thought out This drainer doesn't work properly if you have a raised sink. You must have a under the country type of sink otherwise the draining lip is not high enough to drain into the sink properly and you end up with a wet counter. The spot for the utensils is poor design as well. They don't stand in it properly and slide right down to the drainer. Larger utensils work better. Now if you have under counter sink and don't plan to use it for utensils it's a nifty idea.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No place for silverware to dry. This is a great little dish drainer except for silverware. My teaspoons keep falling into the bottom of the drainer. It would have gotten a full rating if it had a proper place to dry silverware.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Love that all its parts are plastic (no rust!), easy to use, only drawback is that it doesn't hold utensils/cultery well. Other than that, perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wouldn't be without one. I purchased my first one 6 years ago. Such a clever idea. Works really great. Holds pots and dishes with plenty of room. Best of all collapses into a very small piece for easy storage

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't hold cutlery I bought this dish rack a few weeks ago. It does not hold my cutlery well, except for my knives because they are longer. The openings in the middle and right at least have ridges at the bottom to hold the utensils from slipping further, but the opening on the left does not, so that really can only be used for very long utensils such as spatulas. I included a photo to show how it handles a knife, spoon, teaspoon, and fork. The obvious benefit of this rack is that it is one piece and collapsible, so it can be easily tucked away into a cabinet. I would only recommend it for light use. I use it when I am not using the dishwasher, and only to hold dishes for 2 people. I don't think that it could hold dishes for a family of 3+ people because the space is below the average.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect Size! This was my second attempt at finding the right sized dish drainer that didn't take up my limited counter space. Perfect Size! It is collapsible for storage has a swivel water drainer and a neat little expandable wine glass dryer. It has a deep drying tub so it can hold quite a few dishes and glasses. The utensil slots could be better planned for drying as the utensils tend to fall into the basin...otherwise I really like this drying rack.
