Im so glad that I bought starfrit electric kettle as i have been enjoyed a hot cup of coffee also im using it in cooking.I also have starfrit pressure cooker and always trust starfrit brand as i have their cooking pans set im really fan with this brand as i find that it always has a very good quality and lasts for so long.

This kettle has performed exactly as I hoped it would. It's not fancy but boils water efficiently and then, so far, turns off. What more can you ask from an electric kettle?

I love this kettle because at least have can see the water level out the window and the water boils quickly! I have no regrets about my purchase!

Very nice product

Great kettle for the last 2 years. The toggle switch is getting worn out. Difficult to get switched on. A switch that is a rocker or unlit toggle might be more robust. This kettle gets a lot of use, at least 6 times a day, every day.

Weak power switch

I bought this kettle last month. So far it's working fine. Nice size. The spout pours nicely and doesn't splash to the sides at all. It is quite loud probably because it's stainless steel. But that doesn't bother me. The outside gets quite hot, so only use the handle. The cord is quite short. You can shut off the kettle when it starts to boil instead of waiting for it to automatically shut off. I'd suggest keeping the water level above the lowest amount shown at the bottom as the instructions recommend. Also, add a bit more water than you will use because you should leave a bit in and let the kettle cool before emptying it otherwise the bottom might burn out if you dump out all the water. Nice looking kettle too.

I really like this kettle my only complaint, and why I gave it 4 stars, is the max line is very low so you can't fill the kettle up and it feels like I have to fill it more often. If this doesn't bother you than I would recommend it!

It is a great kettle but...

Push a button to open the lid easily, but I wish the lid will open even more. The stainless steel kettle burned my hand when I accidentally bumped into it. After I pour some of the hot water into my keep-warm bottle, I will wait for the rest of the hot water become cool before filling the bottle from the fridge. Have to wait extra long now as stainless steel retains heat longer. The plastic filter and see-through window give the boiled water a plastic odour. Don't know when the odour will improve.

Mostly Satisfied

The kettle itself is nice, especially with the hidden element. However, the base is cheap, lightweight and does not sit flat because of the cord underneath. It's fine with the weight of a full kettle on it though. You get what you pay for.

it get  hot okay but it is  loud when it is heating.   the removable filter on the spout  is HARD to take off  and  now  I can't put  it back on.   I probably  wouldn't buy it again.
