Ease Of Use

It does all the things I need it to do, but much cheaper than a Japanese hot water dispenser.    This is the second one delivered though, the first one got a dent during shipping

Starfrit Hot Water Dispenser is a good product and price is lower than those in the market. Easy to use and has all the features that I need. Great product.

Starfrit dispenser is not expensive compared to other brands. The 4 preset temp is very practical.

Excellent buy !

I owned a chefman before that died and bought this. My chefman barely had any steam. This one shoots huge jets of steam every boil. I had to move it off my counter entirely and put it on the kitchen table its that much. It works at least.  I like the temp settings, unlock and dispense. It heats quick enough. Great if you have counter space with nothing that will be damaged by the steam

A ton of steam from this one

This is handy to have for instant hot water. We have a tankless water heater and before I purchased this device I was running the tap for several minutes until the water got hot. Now I always have hot water available without wasting a lot of water.

Handy Device

The dispensing spout often continues to drip even after the dispensing button has stopped being pressed, sometimes lasting over 10 seconds of dripping.

i used it for 1 month and it was broken. plugged in but no work. the power light is on but all others not on. could not boil or dispense. total trash now. cant even return.

The water tasted like chemicals/plastic no matter how many cycles I did. Tried vinegar and baking soda and hot water still had funny taste. Returned product. 
Do not recommend.

One of the outer sides of the tank sank on the first use. Very thin coating. Also very difficult to see the water level through the transparent window.

Disappointing

It doesn't shutdown automatically when the water boils to high pressure.
This can cause fire damage in the house.
